Lovely resort with friendly and helpful staff., Great sea views and an ideal location .lots of options of restaurants and bars.

I’ve loved Pearly Grey since the first day I got there. The first person I met was Tracy at the desk, and she was absolutely amazing, funny, friendly and nice. She allowed us early check in without any problems, and that was quick and smart. I’ve met also the animation girl whom was cute and nice as well. She told me she’s half Italian (since I’m Italian) and she was so proud of it. So my first impression was definitely great. Then I went to our bedroom, and there I could not believe how stunning my view was. I’ve seen so many videos on the internet, but I thought they might be little fake, well, I was wrong. Our bedroom was exactely as shown there. Amazing, everything was amazing. Price at “the edge bar” are really low, with that view they could charge whatever they want, but they don’t! It’s cheap and super professional. Also there, staff was amazing, I need to mention Erika whom was so so cute for all our holiday always chatting with us, and the cocktail guy (I don’t know his name) always smiling and nice. I know I might seem too enthusiastic, but I’m not, I’m usually really hard on reviews, but this time I just cannot find anything wrong. You must visit this place. You won’t regret it. Had another wonderful stay here in April. Stayed in a friends private apartment. The place is so clean, every morning hoards of cleaners are making sure everything is pristine. A lovely relaxing week spent with friends. The icing on the cake for the hotel is the staff. They are so friendly , all of them and just cannot do enough for you. Love the new pool too. See you again in September (if not before!!)

I spent two weeks here in a one bedroom apartment as an RCI exchange and enjoyed a very pleasant peaceful holiday. The staff here are excellent. Without exception they are friendly, welcoming and helpful. The resort is right on the seafront and most apartments have a wonderful view out over the ocean. My apartment was very clean and comfortable. There was no aircon but two efficient silent ceiling fans meant that this was not a problem. The swimming pool area was renovated recently. The pool is great and is surrounded by more than enough comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas. The resort is in a quiet location but there are several good restaurants and two supermarkets nearby. The on-site restaurant is excellent and offers a half board option which is good value. The only thing I would criticise is the shower screen which is too short so that water splashes out and makes the floor dangerously slippery. To compound the problem the resort does not provide a mop or floor cloth. Despite this irritation, I would definitely recommend the resort.

Really nice resort, but away from the crowds. Improvements have been made, which compliment the resort. Refurbished apartments, most with sea views. Revamped swimming pool and children's area. Separate adult only sun deck looking straight out to sea with a bar area. A quiet area to walk around with plenty of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The beach is only a short walk away. Good location for vacation.

Just spent a wonderful, relaxed 6 nights at this lovely hotel. With my husband and two friends. I can’t fault the amenities and cleanliness of this hotel, spotless. The food was lovely and a great choice of meals and snacks are available throughout the day. The whole team are friendly, helpful and great fun! We will definitely be going back.

The hotel was very nice, much better than on the photos. The staff was so friendly. We really enjoyed staying here. There is a small kids area outside. Close to shops and cafes. Black sandy beach 5 minutes by walk. Super comfortable bed and kitchen. No coffee or tea in the apartment

A clean hotel with a beautiful pool area. There is also a bowling green and table tennis table. A bar and restaurant are on site, with superb, helpful staff. The apartment overlooked the pool and the sea, but there was no sea access. It had everything we needed, apart from air conditioning. The fans helped to circulate air. It was well equipped and serviced regularly. There is a supermarket opposite and a row of lovely restaurants very near by. We like walking and this is where we were disappointed, but through no fault of the local businesses. It is possible to walk to the next bay. Mostly, we found the local walks were rocky, ****y and dumped with rubbish in places. Take a drink as cafes/bars are limited once you leave Callao Salvage. There are a couple of sandy beaches but transport is needed.
