Мы прекрасно провели время на Coral Level, от занятий до еды и напитков, у нас был взрыв! Настоятельно рекомендую!

房間温馨，面朝大海，服務人員很熱情，餐食不錯，活動很多，晚間的演出也不錯

기대안했는데 기대이상으로 괜찮았습니다. 식당예약하기가 힘들어서 미리미리하시길 추천. 예약안되면 워크인으로 가야해서 운에 맡기는게...

感覺就是個四星級的水平吧，雖然是全包，飲料也不好喝，酒店裡更好吃的餐廳也約不到，游泳池又爆滿很嘈雜，毫無休閑的氛圍。浴缸裏還有之前人住過的毛髮。打車還停不到前台，要拉着箱子走到後面的樓。 關於坎昆：但是不是賓館的錯，整個坎昆就透漏這這樣一種浮躁的氣氛。打車巨貴。不是我喜歡的地方。

El hotel esta muy bien es nuevo y los servicios en general tambien estan bien La comida y desayuno son muy buenos a destacar la amabilidad del personal Como contras en la playa hay sombra muy temprano porque el edificio tapa el sol y la parte coral level no tiene gimnasio teniendo uno que caminar mucho hasta el gym del iberostar selection el cual tiene un gimnasio muy pobre en relacion a lo que es el hotel

Great experience. Friendly service but often slow. Main building restaurants should take reservations the lineups were very long. Check in and front desk amazing. Decor was beautiful. Would go back.

Beautiful resort, very clean, friendly staff and fantastic amenities. Was pleasantly surprised with how good the food was as well. Irma was an amazing bar tender in the lobby bar, as was most of the staff (all very friendly). Highly recommend and we will be back.

The suites at the Coral Level are nice, clean, and comfortable. However, there weren't any rooms with a double bed available at the time of my check-in. I had to sleep on the sofa bed. Seems like most of their rooms have a king bed (good for couples). Everything needed is included (didn't see a hair blow dryer though). The bathroom is updated. Overall, beautiful resort. No complaints about the food. Go ahead and book.

Although I reserved a room with 2 double beds, it was unavailable when I arrived with my son. The girl behind the counter tried to gaslight me by saying that bed selection was subject to availability! Then she told me that it was Expedia’s mixup and not theirs. My son had to sleep on a junky sofa bed for 2 nights.

Everything was perfect from check in to the incredible food to the luxurious feel of the room.
