"We used this hotel/motel as our stopover to south of France. We can not express how grateful we were to the owner who was so kind to stir up something for us to eat as we were travelling for long hours before we reached the hotel at 8pm. We were tired, hungry. We enjoyed delicious salad, cheeses and charcuterie sitting in their peaceful garden. It was a holiday, so everything else around us food wise was shut. She also offered us nice desert to celebrate my birthday. It just felt like home. Clean room and shower/toilet. Parking space. Hair dryer in the room. Soap dispenser in shower. It is one of the hotels with the machine outside to book your room and get the keycard."

"From the motorway, the British hotel is located at about 600 m left before you reach Saint-Flour. The site is steeply upward. Free parking also fourth for EVs. Ideal hotel as a middle stop."

"To start with: the below is my personal opinion. I have written 400+ reviews and do it to inform fellow-travelers of + and -. The venue has the right of comment and they often do when I am so outspoken negative as here. But please believe me: my only reason for these comments are meant to make you think. 1. After booking you receive a standard mail that you will receive a WhatsApp with codes. I didn’t and it took close to an hour to enter the room. 2. The part of the hotel you can enter is a dump with waste bags etc. 3. The door of my room was forced open but I didn’t notice until the next day. Nothing was stolen but towels for the bathroom were gone (camping guest using the swimming pool). 4. Of course when I reported the problem the “host” de died that everything was my fault. Sure, I kicked in the door, yes. 5. With a price tag of €90 this is a ……. ( I am 74 and my mum teaches me language)."

"Мы забронировали номер в домике через Wonderbox, и по прибытии нас ждало разочарование! Домик не был убран; он был в ужасном состоянии! Мы чуть не убежали оттуда, но, к сожалению, проживание уже было оплачено. Мы попросили хозяйку убрать его еще раз (всякое случается), и нам пришлось час ждать под дождем, прежде чем мы смогли вернуться в домик. Кроме потертых простыней, которые она нам дала, и нескольких мух, которых она убрала, ничего не изменилось. Кучи пыли, явно старая паутина, раздавленные мухи, повсюду шерсть и мех, тошнотворный запах от простыней, ужасное постельное белье, грязная микроволновка, жирная посуда, пятна жира на стенах, нестерильный туалет, неописуемый душ, иллюминаторы, покрытые отпечатками пальцев и всякой грязью… Вы можете сами убедиться в этом на фотографиях, сделанных после второй уборки. Короче говоря, мы были в шоке и испытывали отвращение. Как можно заставлять людей спать в таком отвратительном месте? Это неуважение к клиентам — брать такую сумму (85 евро) за такой ужасный результат. Минимум — спать на свежевыстиранном постельном белье и пользоваться чистыми ванными комнатами. Поверьте, для пар это полностью убивает желание уютно устроиться под одеялом! Мы там не ели, потому что, учитывая состояние номеров, даже не хотели представлять, как выглядит кухня! И действительно, на следующее утро за завтраком (включенным в пакет) мы получили подтверждение: я никогда не видела такого грязного тостера! НЕ ХОДИТЕ ТУДА!!!"
