Nice place,I'm wish come here hotel again,very beautiful and very good place

The hotel did not indicate that they are going to renovate their carpark and cause a lot of inconvenience to guest. Their bed is not clean as the blanket is full of stain.

Room smelled like smoke. There were hairs on blankets and pillows. No lock a bathroom door. Water stopped for a bit around 10pm.

Room appeared to be nice but after looking around it was clear the room was not cleaned or stocked Sheets had stains Towels had makeup on them Food was left in refrigerator Bed was very uncomfortable Parking is very limited Would not recommend for young families. Walls are very thin and you can hear conversations of other guest rooms

No hot water in the morning. For paying almost $200 for one night that’s horrible. Couldn’t shower before leaving. Never coming back again

This is the worst experience I personally have ever had a a hotel. Not a big deal but our remote did not have batteries when we showed up. Day #2 the staff took our towels, we asked for more and did not get any until day #3, ended up having to dry ourselves with extra sheets. The walls are thin and they will rent this out to partiers. Do not stay here if you enjoy your life and want to keep enjoying it. This place will cause no sleep and the staff is basically worthless. Our neighbors night 1 were upstairs running marathons and night 2 the other neighbors had a party until 1am and then passed out with the TV on so loud that we didn't sleep all night.

Overall it was a great hotel; close to everything, staff was friendly, room was nice. The only complaint was the matters; we had a terrible night sleep because of it.

This hotel is amazing! It should be a 10/10 we got two rooms: a double queen bed and a double queen bed with an additional twin omg the 3 bed is amazing! We slept so comfortable its a nice simple hotel you get your moneys worth! I didnt take pictures but would of love to the pictures on the hotel itself are same in person super clean I took my 12 year old and my 11 month old son! Will be coming back we went to Legoland.

Really liked that this place offered a 3 bed room. been trying to find one, my son and daughter getting older and not up for sharing a bed so this was great for them. only thing was the hot water it took forever to get even warm, we turned it on and let it run a long time before getting in

Very very basic rooms. You can hear people in other rooms - even their snoring. The faux wood floors were coming apart in places. The tv service has none of the basic ABC, CBS or NBC channels. I kept finding long black hairs in the room and bathroom. No bedside lights - only full overhead lighting. Very small space to hand any clothes and only had one hanger and one pant hanger. No extra safe lock on the room doors. The people working there were friendly and helpful. But the motel needs work.

The staff were amazing. The first room had a big puddle in the corner of the room, which looked like it may have been rain. I gave me another room in that room did not smell nice and there was a puddle next to the fridge as well. The towels were also old.

I have stayed here several times in the past and had no issues. This week I stayed on Monday and Tuesday and the room next to me had a very angry person in it. I can’t possibly be the only one who called the office. I was terrified both nights. It is the least expensive place to stay in Carlsbad so you know it’s going to be a bit run down but staff is always pleasant! When I called them they spoke with the man next door and he did quiet down.
