Здесь очень чисто, персонал дружелюбный и рад помочь. там, где у нас был холодильник и чайник, нужно было иметь двойную вилку, они быстро сработали и дали мне удлинитель, чтобы использовать оба вместе. Жаль, что бар внутри не открылся, так как у нас были ветреные ночи, и мы сидели в баре у бассейна с обогревателями во внутреннем дворике, чего я не делал. Приятно, что в вашем номере вам говорят, что полотенца нужно разложить вокруг бассейна, чтобы их снимали, если они не используются, чтобы они не блокировали шезлонги. Можно было бы подготовить для вас некоторые документы, чтобы вы могли сохранить во время вашего визита, в какое время вы выбираете еду, а также в какое время закуски доступны по системе «все включено». Приятно, что вы получаете полотенце для использования у бассейна. Я не был в отеле, который вам их дает. Еда хорошая для 3-звездочного отеля, единственная проблема в высокий сезон - только 1 тостер в столовой. Я полностью наслаждался своим пребыванием здесь. Я хотел бы остаться здесь еще раз.. ВЫ ВСЕ ДОЛЖНЫ ГОРДИТЬСЯ СОБОЙ XX Я знаю, что люди загораживали дорогу снаружи, но отель не может нести за это ответственность, поскольку все зависит от совета.

Lovely staff, great location biggest downside there is only the outside pool bar brrr in the evenings, 7 years ago the inside one was in use. Didn't like the one token each to get drinks. In the evening folk were up and down to bar all night for half pint in plastic tumblers, cocktails very weak. No token no drink. Shame as you wear the bands. Food was hit or miss but was always salad to fall back on. Road works were horrendous, no siesta there. Pretty place so shame things let it down. Very cold in apartment had to get more blankets. Would we go back...sadly no.

We decided to escape the winter weather, 6 of us 3 couples. We had the most amazing time at SMY tahona. We were a little concerned as there were a few negative reviews. There was absolutely nothing I could fault. All needs met by the wonderful staff, Dani at pool bar, Miguel animations who constantly entertained us. The cleaning staff worked so hard to keep the place spotless. The standard of food was exceptional you can see on my pics there was always a multiple choice fro breakfast. Lunch and evening meals, snacks by the pool We celebrated my husbands birthday whilst there and the staff made him a special cocktail, gave him bottle of cava. It was all brill thank you Tahona

Well what can I say what a fantastic holiday, was a bit disappointed at check in as I had wanted 3 rooms together. But convinced to look where they were by manager and must say they were perfect a room between us all which worked out very well. Staff perfect all friendly from the domestics, bar staff, kitchen and reception very approachable, food I can’t believe the bad reviews we allways found something delicious to eat from the salads to the freshly cooked fish, there is a micro wave if it’s a bit cool but we never needed it, big shout out to Miguel (peep peep), Daniel and all other staff at smy we are already looking to come back. Also perfect location roadworks are not heard if you round the pool, Thank you tahona for a fantastic holiday from the 6 of us xxx

The bed was very uncomfortable, the mattress felt old with the springs sticking out. The bed covers was obviously dirty. Ants all over the room, crawling on our toothbrush, the toilet paper - just everywhere. The hotel was advertised with wifi in the room, there was no wifi connection, not even in the hotel park or the pool bar. There was a foul smell both in our room and the dining hall. Outside the hotel was a roadwork going on with a lot of noise from a chipping hammer or something starting at 8'0 clock in the morning every day expect sunday. When walking past the construction site it smelled of sewage. The hotel could at least warned the guests about this beforehand. Some of the dinnerware in the dining hall was obviously dirty. Sometimes you have to look through many plates to get a clean one. We was planning to stay for three weeks but we gave up after two. No further actions were taken to fix our problems during our stay. I tried to connect to the hotel through booking message but the employee we talked to was not willing to do anything, and then they stopped answering us.

We started our holiday on May 22. the first unpleasant surprise when we arrived at the hotel were the dug-up roads next to the hotel. I couldn't park my car even though the ad states that there is free parking there. The lady at the reception told me to park somewhere in the city or in front of another hotel. roadworks started every day at eight in the morning and it was impossible to sleep. The swimming pool is very small, the snacks are very modest, and there is a constant lack of ice cream in the all inclusive program. Tasteless food and very little choice, especially for children. We only had the towels changed once. The offer also includes free WiFi, which did not work at all in the room. I do not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is fab, yes it's a little dated but it's clean, the staff are friendly and there is entertainment on daily The pool area could do with some more sunbeds as it was often difficult to get one, seems as though there isn't quite as many sunbeds as there is guest staying within the hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, my only complaint is the lack of mirror within any of the main rooms, the only mirror is located in the bathroom, the terrace areas would definitely be perfect for sunbeds for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of the pool but still want to enjoy the sunshine. All inclusive, we didn't eat dinner in the evenings so I can't comment on that, we did however eat breakfast and lunch several times, the food is normal standard for a buffet, plenty to choose from with an area for fresh cooking. The fizzy juice machine is branded with Coca Cola etc, water machine and fruit juice is also available as well as coffee and tea. There is no A/C however they do provide a floor standing fan within the room, and there is also a fridge. Outside there is a small clothes airer on the balcony to dry swimwear and towels. On checking out there is an area to keep your cases in & a small shower area, we didn't use the shower area so again I can't comment on that, but it is a helpful addition if you are unable to keep your room on Overall it's great value for money & I would stay here again

Just got back from 8 days at Smy Tahona and already looking to go back! Is the hotel perfect? No. Are you ever going to find a hotel that ticks every single box for every single person? Definitely not. However, with a few improvements, Tahona would be a lot closer to achieving this. We booked this hotel as a last minute all inclusive getaway. It was our first proper holiday together and neither of us had been to Fuerteventura before, so were going in just hoping for somewhere to relax in the sun and get a break from day-to-day life. Our expectations of our stay were exceeded massively. We arrived at the hotel at around 7:30pm. The receptionist was lovely and explained to us that they had two options for all inclusive, as meal times were staggered to accommodate all of the guests. You can choose between the earlier times (blue wristband) or the later times (red wristband). The options were: Breakfast: 7:30 - 9:00 or 9:00 - 10:30 Lunch: 13:00 - 14:00 or 14:00 - 15:00 Dinner: 18:30 - 20:00 or 20:00 - 21:30 We chose the earlier times, but liked that they had the options. As we had arrived late, the receptionist said we could go in and have dinner despite it almost being the end of the earlier times, which was great as we were hungry! The food is a mixed bag - but again, you will never be able to please everyone. I am a fairly fussy eater, but was still always able to eat plenty. There is a lot of variety, with fresh fruit, salads and bread at every meal, as well as the main dishes. The chicken croquettes were a firm favourite! My partner is a lot more adventurous with food, and his only gripe was that he wishes some of the food had more flavour. I think it is done this way so that the food is more suited to everyone's tastes, as things being too hot/spicy/strong would put people off. The breakfast was our favourite - we looked forward to it every morning! The churros are to die for. With the meals, we would have loved it if there had been a menu in reception for each lunch/dinner time so we would have known what to expect - a small improvement which we feel would make a big difference! In terms of drinks, we were happy. Each meal time you had access to fizzy drinks, beer and wine on tap, as well as tea/coffee and fruit juice machines at breakfast. There is also a fresh water machine at all times. At the pool bar, you had all of the above as well as cocktails from a machine and spirits - although branded ones were not in the all inclusive. You have to order drinks at the pool bar as opposed to helping yourself, which is fine as there were always staff on the bar. Special mention to Maria who worked on the bar a few times during our stay and always served with a big smile! With the bar, you are given a small token when you return your cups and cannot get another drink without giving them a token - this was an issue for us a few times as we weren't told about this upon check-in or given a token to trade in, so when ordering drinks we were ver
