"Upon arrival the hotel was not clean. We checked in and made it to our room, to see stains on the comforters, bed sheets, and pillows. We removed the sheets and the mattresses were completely stained yellow. There was squished bugs on the walls. Hallways were tainted in dog pee. We immediately checked out and went elsewhere. Front desk told us she didn’t blame us on checking out. The manager Shelly Reeb provided no help in a refund as they wanted us to stay in another room. Which I’m sure is equally the same in quality and cleanliness. Would absolutely not recommend."

"We stayed at Super 8 West Casper for one night on our way from Rapid City(SD) to Salt Lake City(UT).  The hotel room tidiness & basic amenities are above average.  We booked online for a non-smoking single large-sized room.  Somehow the front desk assigned us with a room with elder facilities.  This was not expected but the room appeared it hasn’t been occupied for a while."
