Nice hottel and good service

El trato por parte de todos los recepcionistas que conocimos fue genial: amables, educados y diligentes. La habitacion fue otra cosa, se nota que no sólo no gastan en renovar habitaciones, si no que tampoco gastan en un mantenimiento correcto, a veces el no invertir en un negocio tiene su lado malo, en este caso es que no volveremos a este hotel, y es una lastima porque el servicio por parte del personal es impecable.

Fuimos al Campeonato Nacional de Gimnasia Rítmica. El personal del momento muy amable y volcado en atenciones con la niña.

This hotel is amazing. What makes it outstanding is the staff, as well as the rooms. I had lived in the hotel on and off for several months. I recently had an emergency where my child did not arrive in a taxi and Juan Miguel on the desk, helped me to call the police and kept me calm. He deserves a special bonus for going beyond the normal levels of service. No Mother should be put in this situation but he made things bearable. Thank you to the manager for hiring such good staff.

This is what I expected from a nice hotel. We arrived with our bikes, but unfortunately, about a mile out, it started to rain. When we arrived in the lobby, I noticed that we had left some tire marks on the floor, so I thought the staff would give us a hard time taking our bikes to our room. Nope. They didn’t say a word. The room and the whole place was very clean. After staying at the lousy Senator Parque Central Hotel where the mattress was the worst I’ve slept on during this trip, it was great to stay at a real 4-star again. The Senator is really a 3-star pretending to be a 4-star due to their staff. In contrast, the staff here is top notch. Also, the extra toiletries like toothbrushes, combs, shaving kit, etc. are a great touch. I especially found the quality of the slippers to be thick and fluffy, unmatched by any other hotel I’ve stayed at. I took them with me for the rest of the trip since not all hotels provide them. The breakfast was good, and the kitchen will cook what you want to order. I was under the weather, so didn’t oblige so can’t give a better opinion. The only bad thing was the coffee maker didn’t really have an easy way to make cappuccino. However, the hostess gladly made them for us in the kitchen. When we left the next day, the receptionist noticed our bikes and offered us bottled water to fill out bottles. This is how a proper service-oriented 4-star hotel is supposed to operate. I also noticed the tire marks were cleaned up as you would expect.

While you enter the reception which gives a nice impression, modern, clean and well designed, the bedroom is another story. It is my 2nd time in this hotel (no other choice), I might say that few improvements need to happen to enjoy this stay. At first, service at the reception is ok and nothing to say here, nor positive nor negative! The bedroom I got looked more than from the 90’s than from nowadays to be honest. Few examples: all furniture were old fashioned, like the feeling you go into an old house and nothing was maintained until then. Floor was scratched, watch out when you go out of the bath where you put your feet, wallpaper released from the wall, lighting system illogical, insulation system is like sleeping open door… On the other side, breakfast was ok Watch out, parking is not at the hotel, it is external and really expensive…＞20€ for less than 16hrs…why the hotel does not offer any commercial discount?

A superbly comfortable room in a large modern hotel in a central location. The room and bathroom were very spacious and well lit with a comfortable bed and 2 comfortable armchairs. Tea/coffee making facilities are provided along with everything you might need for a comfortable stay in Castellon. An added bonus was the large balcony with views over the city. The hotel is centrally located on a quite street five minutes walk from the plaza mayor with an onsite restaurant/bar and close to a choice of other places to eat. Check in and out was very easy the reception staff were super efficient friendly and welcoming. Disliked · Everything was perfect

Superbly comfortable hotel a few minutes walk from the city centre.A very spacious well equipped room with comfortable furnishings and a balcony with great views over the city. Check in and out handled efficiently by the friendly helpful staff at reception. Very good value for money
