Howard Johnson by Wyndham Salem Hotel & Conference Center

Howard Johnson by Wyndham Salem Hotel & Conference Center ★★

📍 1671 Skyview Rd, Salem, Катоба

"I was put in a room with no comforters, no shower curtain, TV didn't work and I killed a carpenter ant. Called the front desk and was told someone would be down TWO hours later I go to the front desk and was told she made the call that was all she could do and she laughed. I demanded another room on the front side. The TV didnt work the toilet ran all night and I killed an even bigger carpenter ant. They were supposed to refund the second night but have not seen it yet. I really thought anything backed by Wyndham was better then this. Im VERY disappointed Dawn"

WoodSpring Suites Roanoke ★★

📍 3812 Peters Creek Rd, Roanoke, Катоба

"Value for the cost is outstanding! I truly would have expected to pay double the cost for the quality. The staff are very professional and pleasant. Late check-in (12 am) was easy. The staff member responded within a few seconds, and was ready to assist, unlike the sleepy night personnel, who appear to have been awoken and are very slow to respond at many other hotels I have stayed in. The room, amenities and overall facility are extremely clean. The room was large and the in room kitchenette had full size appliances and ample counter space for meal preparation. I was very impressed overall and would definitely recommend."

"Я был очень разочарован этим отелем, комната была на полпути убирана, телевизор только получил два канала, никто никогда не приходил его исправить прошлой ночью или этим утром. Пол выглядит отвратительно, раковина была остановлена, это было просто ужасное состояние для меня"

"I absolutely love the fact i was able to stay here with my medical rate. The Staff was professional. Checked in, was able to extend, and checked out with a Come back and see us from Jenn who was working the desk. She held the door for me to enter as i checked in and as i departed she said thank you for your loyalty staying with us. She made my day with her generosity."

Super 8 by Wyndham Roanoke VA ★★
"Great location for our trip! We were within 5 miles of our destination. The hotel allows smoking still which for us is not great to walk smelly hallways. The room decor was nice, but the mirrors were smudged and the lamps really dusty. Microwave and mini fridge work, but no coffee maker. The property is old, but for our couples night in Roanoke it served its purpose. Waffle House is next door and that was great the morning of checkout! Overall we would stay again all we needed is a bed and a shower. 2.5 of 5 stars. Needs work and better staff at front desk."
