"New property in excellent condition. Friendly staff all around. Plenty of parking and you will need it, a car is recommended because the location is a good walk from restaurants or supermarkets. This is a good alternative and competitor to nearby long term stay offerings. For now, the price is competitive. As far as amenities, the property could really improve by adding individual washer/dryer combo unit in each room, even in place of a dish washer if necessary. If it is done on ASEAN LTR properties, why not U.S. properties? Otherwise, there are basic cups, plates, pots, the gym is functional with treadmills and 1 universal machine and there is a latte/coffee/water machine available 24/7. In the future, I think this location will have to kind of decide what their customer base will be, people on medium term business or vacation vs people looking for a long term home. Overall, as a mid (30ish) day stay, business traveller option, i'd give it a 4.8."

"When checking in, the white fat girl specially arranged for us a room I had previously asked for a location I didn't want to live in. When I asked for it to be replaced, she said that they did not receive my previous special request. Also said that there is a room to change. This season and location, it is impossible to be as full as she stated. Obviously do not want to serve well. Serious complaints!"

"I had previously stayed there and given positive reviews; the facilities and service were generally good, typical of Hampton hotels. However, this time, I left the room door open and returned the room key to the front desk to confirm my check-out. That evening, I checked my app and bank records and found that my stay had been extended, meaning I had been charged an extra night. When I called the front desk, their attitude was lukewarm. They mentioned there were clothes left in the room for personal use, but those were just packed trash and unwanted old clothes, neatly packed and placed on the floor. The main issue was that after confirming my check-out, they extended my stay without any further confirmation via phone or email. Fortunately, I contacted them via email and phone, and with the help of Ctrip customer service, the manager eventually refunded me. However, this inexplicable, silent billing experience was still very unpleasant."
