"Maisha provides an authentic camping experience combined with high end luxury. The tents are large, well furnished and with excellent en suite bathrooms. Food is provided in buffet style. There is excellent variety and the menu changes on a daily basis. It is clear catering is overseen by professional chefs of the highest order. In particular the Indian food is delicious and made in an authentic manner (just how mama used to make!). Maisha is approx 15 mins away from the entry to Ol Pejeta game reserve so a very convenient location. Beyond the world class facility, what elevates Maisha to an unforgettable experience is the staff. Every member of the Miasha team exudes genuine warmth, is kind and will stop to have a conversation which doesn’t feel like small talk. No request is too much trouble and the way young guests are treated with love and kindness is unique. We all shed a tear on departure. Having travelled widely, I have not experienced hospitality of this standard and the staff are what sets Maisha apart from every other 5 star facility I have visited. Words are not enough to express my gratitude, but thank you to the Maisha team for providing a once in a lifetime experience we will cherish. We will definitely be returning and I strongly recommend Maisha to anyone wishing to experience the very best of Kenya!"
