I asked for a single bed and till i arrived they did not Change it. They did not tell me it was not available too.

Very underwhelming hotel. The curtains were ripped, the toilet seat broken and cold water from the shower. My friends room was marginally better, but mine was awful. Very tired and probably worth paying 300 baht a night, not 1000 The hotel also has no breakfast available and no Thai or foreign food available, which is very odd for a hotel of this size. We had to order grab food to the pool, which is absolutely the only good thing about this hotel. The pool and gym, alongside the friendliness of the staff, are the only good things about this place, otherwise best avoided. My opinion is that this hotel will probably be knocked down in a year or so.

สิ่งแรกคือเดินเข้าเช็คอินคือร้อนมาก แอร์ไม่เปิดไม่เท่ารัย หาพัดลมตัวใหญ่มาตั้งก็ยังดี เพราะช่วงนี้อากาศร้อน พอเข้าห้องพักจะดื่มน้ำเย็นกับพบว่าปลั๊กตู้มินิบาร์ถอดปลั๊กออก งง มากในเมื่อคุณรู้ว่าห้องถูกจองมาแล้วก็น่าจะเตรียมห้องให้พร้อม

ทำเลดี ตรงข้าม เยื้องโลตัส ใกล้ ปตท. โรงแรมใหญ่ เปิดมานาน สภาพห้องโอเคร ถือว่าดี แต่อยากให้ปรับปรุงผ้าม่านเพราะเก่าจะจะขาดหมดแล้ว อย่างอื่นก็พอรับได้ เพราะคงไม่ได้คาดหวังอะไรมากกับโรงแรมระดับนี้

Place was clean and staff was great. They need a major upgrade on the beds. It was like sleeping on concrete. A week if no sleep.

Not bad for the price. Beds are extremely hard and you'll want to buy a bed topper.

Staff was great. Very quiet. Lots of parking. Great breakfast. Elevator was not working and no hot water

The property was very clean and quiet. The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom sink faucet water sprayer which was not working properly as the holes were clogged by calcium.

It’s a really big hotel for the area, it’s just a shame can’t get basics right just asked either for a kettle in the room or some very hot water in the morning to make tea was impossible. Although is great having a bar and music it goes on till very late but not too bad.

Had a 6 night stay at this hotel and won't come back again. Overall the hotel has seen better days. The room was ok clear but really lacks of an update. WiFi didn't work at all, extremly slow. Bathroom veyr old and not maintained in many years. Had to call the staff to get the shower to work. Cockroaches in the bathroom. "Breakfast" was included but the offer was ricesoup, white toast with butter & jam + coffee. Not possible to order anything else. The room has a very old TV with a few channels. The pool area was ok but only offered nuggets, fries and sausages. Only one sunbed ! There is a quite good and low prices restaurant in connection with the hotel but only open at night time.
