Gran Sagitario

Wunderschönes Hotel, sehr gute Lage. Das Hotelpersonal ist wirklich freundlich und extrem bemüht. Ich war ein paar Stunden zu früh da und durfte mich direkt im Hotel frisch machen, das Gepäck unterbringen und wurde angerufen, als mein Zimmer fertig war. Frühstück wie auch Abendessen in Buffetform mit sehr viel Auswahl. Der Pool und die komplette Anlage sind ebenfalls sehr gepflegt. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Raw chicken beef and eggs pig and fish potatoes biscuits on water down custard and the salad was past it best black lettuce cucumber dried out I would not waste your money on this hotel the service in the school hall this is what the dining room looks like no table cloths just green looking kitchen roll some of waiters forget to get showers not very nice when reaching over to collect plates I had upset stomach a couple of times within two weeks the breakfast was disgusting the raw eggs water down yoghurt cereal all the mix up pasty’s never fresh water down fruit juice no English breakfast cold coffee out of machine people pick things with their hands raw sausage No smoothies ps do not ask the person trying to cook the food to cook again he throws in the bin all got attitude the staff in the restaurant /school hall . Spa not relaxing don’t bother kids are jumping in pool going in steam room and sauna and it says 16 years old only . Kids running around outside until midnight.room are not sound proof you can hear everything and don’t bother with the breakfast on leaving day we ask night before because we would miss breakfast they give you a plastic tub used for fruit filled with last night ham and cheese sandwich a pastry a carton of orange juice and apple which all went in bin .

From arrival to departure we loved our stay at the hotel. It was early season so nothing much was open in the surrounding area, apart from a couple of little restaurants. Our room was on the ground floor & super comfortable. The only issue we found was there wasn’t aircon (or it wouldn’t work for us!). Superking bed was so comfortable & the housekeeping staff kept the floors clean & replenished towels every other day. The restaurant was fantastic, something for everyone. & the staff were friendly & super helpful. Special thanks to Xavi! We would love to come back

Our first visit to Menorca and we couldn't have chosen a better hotel, it was beautiful. On arrival, we were greeted by very friendly and helpful reception staff plus a welcome drink. Our room was on the ground floor with a pool view, very clean and plenty of wardrobe space. The bed was so comfortable, we slept well, no noise heard from other guests. Safe, tea/coffee facilities, fridge, and toiletries were included. Cleaned daily to a very high standard, towels changed on request. Housekeeping very friendly, as were all staff, working hard to keep the hotel looking great and guests happy. We stayed around the pool most days, choosing to relax. Plenty of loungers and parasols, free towels, paying €1 should you need to exchange. The pool was huge, and the whole area was spotlessly clean. It was great. There is an indoor pool and spa that needs to be booked at reception. A bar and restaurant are located outside for snacks, drinks and food, not expensive. We stayed half board. Seating outside on the terrace or indoors. At breakfast, there was a great selection of food and drink. Dinner too and always something different, so much choice. I enjoyed their salads with the delicious olive bread! Drinks are not included but inexpensive. The beach is only a 5 minute walk from the hotel, a beautiful place to watch the sun set. We really enjoyed our stay here, so relaxing and peaceful, which is just what we were looking for Would definitely recommend and cannot wait to return.

Stayed at this hotel last October and had a fabulous holiday and would happily rate it 5/5 on that occasion. However on this occasion there was no air con until tonight (our last evening). I found the heat in the room uncomfortable especially when getting ready for evening meal so it drops a point for me on this occasion. If you go now though you will benefit from having air con. The hotel is immaculate. The food is good and the staff are really friendly.

We are staying at the Gran Sagitario Santandria at the moment. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very nice. However there is no air conditioning working, we approached the lady on reception on Thursday evening and we were told to do it the old fashioned way and leave our patio door open during the night! This is a four star hotel which says it has air conditioning but this is definitely not the case. This is our fifth night and so far have not been able to sleep because the room is unbearably hot, even when getting showered and dressed to go out for an evening meal it is like an oven. We have stayed here in Menorca for many years, we usually stay at the apart hotel across the bay and last year we said that we would try this hotel, however we are bitterly regretting that decision now. Unfortunately I don’t think we will be returning to this hotel, it is such a shame as it is immaculately kept and has lovely staff, but the lack of air conditioning is a definite no.

Just a completely perfect hotel, zero faults. Came with a friend for a long weekend and we were so impressed by this gorgeous hotel - staff are helpful and friendly, everywhere is spotless, one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had, incredible pool food, super quiet, lovely pool, well-priced massages, the list goes on. I really can’t find anything to fault. The location is great too - Ciutadella is a short taxi/bus ride away, and from Ciutadella you can also get buses to the beautiful beaches (our favourite was Maccarellata). Taxi to airport is around 70 euros. Thank you Gran Sagitario for a lovely trip, I can’t wait to return.

First visit to this hotel, we had a lovely stay. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Food was good and for my husband it was above and beyond our expectations. He's vegan and occasionally finds hotel food choices limited. Not the case here- the chefs freshly cooked full vegan dishes each night, it was exceptionally good. The large pool area was very clean and the gardens are lovely. Couldn't fault our stay and would 100% go back again.

Had a wonderful holiday here in October. The staff are amazing and couldn't do enough for you from the check in with a glass of Cava to the end of the week when we checked out, actually wished we were staying longer. Stayed half board and can honestly say we enjoyed all the meals we had. It was buffet style and so much choice. the only criticism I had was the long wait for the coffee/tea machine every morning, maybe have a separate hot water machine as it was the coffee that took ages apart from that it was good, especially enjoyed the freshly cooked food from the always smiling chef who always cooked my fresh fish to perfection. The hotel accommodated us with the ground floor room as having mobility issues which was facing the pool, lovely room but next time I will request an accessible room as I struggled a bit in the shower (yes we will return soon) We used the sunbeds a few times as the weather was glorious and no issues with people reserving them, pool cold but quite refreshing as it was so hot, booked the inside pool/sauna/spa which was also nice. Only had lunch on the day we arrived at the pool bar but the pizza was really good. We had more of a relaxing break this time as it is a bit secluded where the hotel is so missed having a nice walk in the evening but stayed in to enjoy the entertainment which was also good. All the staff are a credit to this hotel and we will definitely be back even though we don't normally return to the same hotels. Lovely hotel highly recommend.
