Staff is very helpful and service. But room is dirty, can see dust on floor. Towel look very old and yellow color.

Lokasi yg sngat strategis. Bnyak jualan jajanan deket hotel, cocok untk kemana-mana. Kamarnya nyaman, bersih serta sarapan yg bnyak variasinya. Dengan harga yg gak terlalu mahal. Cocok pokoknya untk staycation breng keluarga

Posisi hotel di pinggir jalan Cihampelas, kesan baru & bersih jelas terasa saat msk lobby, sayangnya parkiran mobil relatif kurang. Saat check in hrs daftarkan nomor hp utk download aplikasi T&T lock, aplikasi utk naik lift & buka pintu kamar cukup klik di hp, keren. Kamar tidur & kmr mandi bersih rapi. Minibar & tv android tersedia. Rekomen utk alternatif akomodasi liburan ke Bandung...

Strategic location, excellent and welcoming staff who go beyond the extra mile. My only “complaint” is just that the hotel requires you to download an app which functions as the key to the lift and rooms which I found to be inconvenient and was frustrating to use at times. Otherwise the excellent service by the staff made up for the minor inconveniences. Would stay again, if the hotel just switched to the normal keys. Great job 👏

nice place, we reserved for iftar ramadhan. variative food, with new design athmosphere of the restaurant live music. my input, please give more space parking car & motorcycle. thankyou so much moritz smart for the excellent service.

Its a decent hotel with no memorable experience. Well only the smart lock, which is new for me. You need to download and register the key. I was tired when checked in, so to wait for the app and register took a bit more time than just using a normal card key. Lobby is clean. Small but clean room and bathroom as advertised. Free snacks (peanuts, 1 bag of chips, 1 fitbar) and drink in the fridge (1 can of cola). Our room located on the second floor facing the road, my husband couldn’t sleep because of the noise coming from the road. The hotel seemed less busy, so i asked maybe we can get late check out, but only given 30 minutes more. Kinda disappointed. At least you could give like 1pm or 2pm especially when the hotel is not busy at all. Breakfast area is on the 5th floor. Nice setting. Breakfast spread were just ok and has variety. I liked the carbonara. But other than that it was just ok. Coffee tasted bland. The only friendly face and helpful staff were Ms Maya in the breakfast area. The hotel is in good location, close to Rumah Mode. I just wish the hotel will improve their guest relation, that the guest will feel more welcome in the hotel. The parking area is spacious.

I really love staying here for 3 nights, the staff are so friendly, even the receptionist always calls me by my name, the vibe is great, the room is comfy & the foods are great too! They even got bars

I travelled frequently and stayed in many hotels both luxury and budget hotel. Moritz have captured my interest. Being smart hotel and modern style both interior and outside make a different experience staying here. They frontliners did a good job keeping up with the SOP with extra smiles. Ambiance and cleanliness are good. Keep uo the good job. Well done
