"Very nice structure in the heart of Conversano. Small but very well-kept town, it was supposed to be just a resting point to then discover the rest of Puglia and instead unexpectedly it won me over with its village and streets. I recommend going to sleep at the b&b because it is truly beautiful. Very good breakfast at the "caffetteria della corte" bar and pastry shop in the main square offered by the owner of the structure. "This was the absolute highlight of our trip to Puglia! I have no words to describe Francesco and Stella's hospitality starting off with a great welcoming with drinks and apperitivo. They made us feel a part of their family with endless recommendations for restaurants and things to do and they really cared about our overall experience in Puglia, organizing cooking classes and things to do for us even when we continued our road trip. The Masseria was a unique place to relax in the Italian countryside with beautiful gardens, swimming pool and very nice rooms. The breakfast was very rich, delicious and Francesco was so attentive to everyone's (6 persons) personal food preferences. We will definitely be back. Ps. We also did our engagement photo shoot at the venue and it was the perfect place."

"I would give it 4 out of 5 only because of the poor breakfast choices. Too many sweet options and few to none savoury. We did love the fresh local fruit selection. We also found the pool closed, but luckily we were too busy outside the hotel to be bothered. Kids got a chance to swim a bit before we left and the staff were kind enough to let us use the rooms and pool after checkout. The location is haven. We loved the privacy and incredible nature, the smell of flowers everywhere and the sound of birds in the morning. To top it all, we checked in on the same day of the season opening event which was an amazing experience inside of a vineyard. Unbelievable turnout, great food prepared on the spot, music, and kids having fun in a safe space. The entire setup was very creative and with a lot of character."

"I have to go to Puglia for a work trip that led me to move between Brindisi, Bari, Monopoly and the neighbouring localities, I chose Conversano as a base for my stay. I can say without hesitation that the Palace of Erchia was a very pleasant discovery. It is one of those hotels that return to the atmosphere of once, when you traveled in a family and hospitality was made mainly by attention, friendliness and simplicity. A essential style, without unnecessary excesses, but capable of providing all the comfort needed to feel really comfortable. The holder has now proved extremely kind, available and offered useful advice to live the best of the stay. That is the most beautiful memory I will bring with me: I have felt like at home since the first moment. The room was very comfortable, clean and characterized by a pleasant style of a little vintage, which helps to make the environment even more authentic and personal. The hotel is also located in a quiet and pleasant area of Conversano, from which you can reach the historic centre by convenient walks, with numerous activities and parking nearby. It also offers breakfast, as well as the quality-price ratio, which is really worth noting. If I should come back from these places, I would again choose this structure without hesitation, especially for the extraordinary courtesy, cleaning the environment and the sincere hospitality with which guests are welcomed."
