It's such a great place to say. The rooms are clean and comfy and I love having the kitchen there. And I love the free laundry

A two-night stay that was a disaster, and every layer of customer service was a dis-service. The toilet was unusable in my room - a coffee maker not working? OK, but the toilet?? Fix it, or find me another room. The evening manager failed to fix it, promised it would be fixed the next morning. The morning manager was reminded and promised to fix it. The evening manager was back that night when I returned and discovered it was still broken, and promised to get to it. Obviously, a critical item in my room was not working, and there was no accommodation made. I finally asked for a partial refund (I was trying to be reasonable) and was refused. I then appealed for partial refund via my credit card and was refused by the property. What a horrible experience, and what a horrible place to stay. The difference between this property and the half dozen others around it? Customer Service. Where do you feel welcome? Where do you feel confident the room is clean, serviced, and ready for you? Definitely not Candlewood Suites in Conway.

Checked in. Not satisfied with room, no outlets for two CPAP and torn chair. General Manager Sloene Sutton was very rude, raised her voice to me and my husband when I informed her I was going to leave a bad review then threatened to kick me out when I informed her she was not going to raise her voice to me. Totally unacceptable attitude and very unprofessional. IHG does not need people like her working for them!

hotel is a little tired and in need of some updates. Bed was comfortable, locks were a problem. Fridge was very noisy. Ok but not great overall.

Had to submit a request twice for maintenance for a constantly running toilet. During our 6 night stay it NEVER got fixed, makig flushing a nigh**are. Had to fill tank with pitcher. Had an "accessible" room. The bed was so close to the wall that I would NOT call this room accessible. The tub did have grab bars everywhere and shower seat. The staff was friendly, but failed to submit the maintenance requests for toilet to be fixed. Also noticed roach crawling on the walls on 3 different days.

Great coffee. The large exterior sign was not lit, made it hard to find at night.

My son-in-law, daughter, and grandson now live in nearby Vilonia, AR and we brought my mother up to visit them. She stayed with them and my wife and I stayed with Candlewood. Our third time to stay here. Always a good stay.

I am in Conway for an undetermined amount of time due to a family health issue. This hotel gives me the option of keeping my clothes washed & dried easily. I can also save money from dining out as they have a full refrigerator, dishwasher and two burner stove top in the room. It's clean. The rooms are nice and cool during this extreme July heat wave. Parking is convenient. It is close to Walmart within walking distance. It is also close to fast food and sit down restaurants. The staff has been friendly and very helpful. They have a convenience area off the lobby for coffee 24/7 along with oa**eal packets for breakfast, etc. There are also items that can be purchased at a reasonable cost for breakfast and dinner in the refrigerated area. They have a gym along with laundry facilities on the first floor. For my current needs it has been a great place to stay. I have been here 8 days and am booked through the end of another week. I would stay here again.
