Отель и сервис были хорошими. Несколько ужинов было прям много вкусных морепродуктов. Но очень маленький выбор безалкогольных напитков, на ужин предлагалось только безалкогольное пиво и никаких моктелей. В остальном - номер был шикарный и просторный, звукоизоляция очень хорошая, сотрудники на ресепшен очень быстро реагируют на просьбы. Помогли с организацией экскурсии и особенно хочется отметить портье, дружелюбный, быстрый и очень приятный человек!

Вся работа персонала в отеле на высшем уровне!!! С момента заселения (примерно 10мин) и на протяжения всего нашего пребывания в отеле (1 неделя) мы с супругом чувствовали себя просто королевскими особами. Отзывчивые и внимательные ребята встречали нас везде - на пляже, в барах, в ресторанах, на ресепшен. Завтрак просто космический: огромный выбор сыров, хамон, мясные и колбасные нарезки, изобилие фруктов, понятное дело - яйца в любом виде, выпечка свежая вкусная и, конечно же шампанское. Было и не только шампанское, но также и водка с томатным соком для приготовления Bloody Mary. Купаться за эту неделю с пирсов отеля было нельзя, но мы ходили по пляжу налево, там много было пляжей, где можно зайти в воду и покупаться. Водичка бодрящая. Также можно взять машину в аренду и съездить в дюны - там много мест, где можно поплавать. Ну и красивейшее зрелище - посмотреть на кайтсерферов. Их там очень много. Ну и конечно фотосессию устроить в красивых дюнах. В общем, подведу итог: были в первый раз на Канарах, но теперь очень хочется вернуться сюда снова. Уезжали - просто плакали, как нам понравился отель, остров, природа, еда. Ждите нас снова в гости!!!

Our stay was pure luxury. Absolutely fabulous from start to finish. Everywhere we went in the hotel we were treated special, perfact place to chill and recharge, we left feeling full of life and energy.

We have just had our wedding and celebrations here in the Bay Lounge, absolutely outstanding. We have stayed at this hotel several times and it's a fabulous experience, staff are amazing, food fabulous. A real relaxing special hotel. Highly recommended, looking forward to our next stay for the Soul Weekend next month and will be back again for a break away early next year.

Loved every minute in this hotel, food was amazing, room was perfect and so clean. Service was excellent, staff couldn’t be more helpful. Sunbeds at pool are so comfy. Absolutely loved the spa.

Nice hotel with too much red tape. The rules were ridiculous . I think the staff need to realise that without customers they will be without a job . The pool had a chain across it until 9 am . The bars were very strict on opening times and unhelpful . There were four of us in our party and we wanted to sit together in the buffet outside . They couldn’t do this as it was tables of two so I said I would move the table , this was a if no no and basically they refused us to do this . When we left our transfer was at 5 in the afternoon but because it had gone past 12 they wouldn’t give us a drink on our all inclusive . In the end I had to show we didn’t arrive until 9 pm the previous week so we hadn’t had our full week . Trousers had to worn in the restaurants Evan though it’s a beach resort.

I’ve have just got back after a week in Secret Bahía.The hotel was superb from the spacious room (333) the rainfall shower in the bathroom (want one at home now) to all the friendly smiling staff. It was my wife’s birthday while we was their and Pablo on the desk booked us a steak house in town at our request and when we returned their was a birthday cake waiting in the room.Thats what makes this hotel a cut above most others.only stayed bed and breakfast but the breakfast was highly varied..ranging from vegetable smoothies to jars of sweets by the pastries and dessert table.. Their is a section for freshly prepared hot food.poached ,scrambled eggs and at the other end a chef constantly fried fresh eggs and bacon..Their pool area was lovely although you need to get there around 9.30-10. To get a decent lounger.Other guests will put towels down before going to breakfast which I don’t believe is right..but that’s my only gripe in an otherwise perfect hotel..nice little bar just off of reception with a balcony overlooking the sea..A couple of great guys behind the bar ..Andre and Christian.I liked it so much I’ve cancelled my holiday to Madeira next April and have re-booked Secets Bahía.Thats how much we enjoyed it… D Greenaway

We chose this hotel for a little 4 night escape to the sun! Nice hotel with lovely sea views. Loved the pool area which is very sheltered as it can be windy in Fuerteventura. Lovely large clean rooms and we had a lovely terrace overlooking the pool. Great selection of restaurants on site makes it so easy for a relaxing break. We’d been to Coralejo before so our priority was to relax and this ticked the boxes! Service around the pool was a little haphazard and one lady on reception when I was checking out I found to be quite rude! Other than that all good!

We stayed here at the end of August for a week. Though there were some positives and some things the hotel got right, there was also a lot they got wrong. Pros: - the lunch restaurant out on the pier is beautiful! Though we did see children in there and it’s meant to be adults only. - the Japanese restaurant and Olio were amazing - the rooms were very clean and to a high standard - lalla (waitress) was amazing so friendly - spa is very nice (though pool does need maintaince) Cons: - pool doesn’t open till 9, 11 one day! We are early risers and like to be out by 7:30/8 and we couldn’t go anywhere - buffet was small and the staff so rude. Also it’s not open at lunch very odd - bar staff are rude. They don’t seem to have any training - entertainment was virtually non existent - egg shells were found in the eggs at breakfast - smell of sewage by the pool - the men had to wear long trousers. Even when it was so warm outside and over 30 degrees but woman can wear mini skirts this needs looking at - we arrived at 9:30 pm on the Saturday and went we left we were told our all inclusive stopped at 12 at check out but we weren’t getting picked up till 6! Ridiculous! For the cost it’s not worth it. Too much red tape they are stuck in the past.

This was our second stay at this lovely hotel as we came back for our 30th anniversary and loved it again. Firstly all of the staff are so friendly and helpful, the manager should be very proud of how great they are from arrival to departure. We went ultimate luxury as the food and drinks are perfect (we put on a few pounds though) no hassle for sunbeds on the beach or around the pool. Thanks again for making our holiday special. Tip: the beach opposite the hotel is a bit rocky to get into the sea however if you turn right and walk for about 20 mins or so then you arrive at a beautiful white sandy beach with clear blue sea.

Just returned from a wonderful stay at this hotel. My wife and i were on honeymoon and recieved amazing service from all the staff , who were always so friendly. Great communications from front desk before we arrived and on arrival were given an upgrade to a fantastic room, with a breathtaking view. we were so happy. This was a very kind gesture from the hotel and we are very grateful. The maids were always very pleasant and did a great job, always smiling. Breakfast was superb, so much choice. We had preferred club, so had a reserved seating area with table service , again the staff were always so pleasant and helpful. We had dinner a few nights in the buffet restaurant and Italian . Buffet had tons of choice and variety and well worth the money. Italian we had pizzas , again great value and top service from the staff. We had facial treatments in the spa, first time for me ! The treatment was fantastic, very relaxing. The staff were lovely and my wife and i were delighted with the results ! We really enjoyed the bar, which has the best view you could wish for. Excellent service once again from the staff. We really did have a 5 star experience here, so relaxing too with this being adult only hotel. The staff are 1st class, really made our stay special. Very peaceful around the pool and the sunbeds on the beach, were you can order drinks from the beach bar. We highly recommend staying here, this was our 2nd time and we will definately be back

Excellent hotel with great facilities and wonderful staff. The hotel has great recommended excursion providers that don’t cost the earth so would also suggest you ask them first. The staff went out of their way to create a great experience for my partner’s birthday and were super friendly. Hotel is gorgeous and there are plenty of loungers by the pool and on the beach which is a happy surprise. Really would recommend.
