Pueblo Torviscas Sunset Harbour Private Apartment

Stayed here many times, staff are great. They went over and above to help us in a situation. Great location! The accommodation is comfortable and well looked after. We have been staying here for 26 years and never had a complaint. Sometimes, room for improvement but isn't that the case everywhere?

We come here twice a year now and will be back again. When we arrived this time, we weren't too happy with the view we had. The room itself was fine but the view was restricted. We went to see Debbie in the office who immediately set about findng us an alternative room. The new room was lovely and made the holiday. I'd like thank you Debbie for sorting it for us. The hotel is spotlessly clean and all of the staff are very friendly. The hotel is perfectly placed for the beach and a multitude of restaurants including two on site. I can't think of any hotel I would rather be at. If you are after a self catering holiday that completely fits the bill then this is the place for you. We will be back A+++

Brilliant location,lovely clean apartment, 2 pools with plenty of sunbeds once you are acquainted with the rules,2 restaurants on site but with dozens of restaurants and bars close to hand. It is a mixed hotel/ private apartments which appear to work well together which is more than can be said of other similar setups

Absolutely loved it here, very quaint, quirky and a real Spanish feel! Rooms were very spacious, had everything you needed, a little outdated but very clean, Great location very central Would definitely recommend and will certainly be returning

BEWARE OF BED BUGS!! Spent a week in apartment D24 and we were eaten alive by bed bugs ... disgusting! I emailed the establishment to bring it to the owners attention but unfortunately they didn't have the courtesy to reply. Very disappointing!

Booked with EasyJet and arrived to the worst room I’ve ever stayed in. The balcony is like a dungeon. Horrendous.. right next to restaurant and stinks of cooking. Absolutely awful. Trying to get a change but no luck. Reception so closed for two days. Here’s hoping for better tomorrow.

The complex was amazing. Lovely rooms spotlessly clean. We ate in the restaurant which was reasonable priced & staff were so friendly. Great location. Plenty of bars & restaurants nearby. We ordered a taxi to the airport from reception nothing was to much trouble. It was so good we booked for next year before we left .

Everything good apart from a couple of *******, settee in lounge actually a bed so a bit uncomfortable, no coffee table which seems a bit basic ,lovely big balcony which gets the sun all day, we haven't used the pool the arrangements for which seem a bit complicated

On our past visits to Costa Adeje we've often passed Puebo Torviscas and wondered what it would be like to stay there. Well this time we took the plunge and booked for three weeks over Christmas and New Year (2023/24). It cost four thousand, three hundred and seventy eight pounds, sixtey two pence for an apartment only, thats almost £1500.00 per week for apartment only. We actually live in an apartment at home that costs £695.00 per month, so expectations were high. Our first apartment (we moved after a week) took me back my 'teens' when we went to the Rome Olympics and we stayed in a school dormitory and the 'toilets' were a hole in the floor, not that the toilets were a hole in the floor, it just reminded me of the 1950's. There was the usual kitchen stuff, oven, fridge, microwave but no 'wow' feeling about the rest, a patio that led to a 'garden' that had been re-seeded so couldn't be used but more importantly 'NO SUN' whatever time of the day. We asked to be moved and we were given a second floor apartment in a different block, they had different blocks, bit like a prisoner of war, which had an oven missing but a hob and a micrwave so you had to be selective on what you could or couldn't cook. The balcony had good views and we could sun bathe for a least five hours so we did return with a tan. ( Forgot to mention, this apartment reminded me of the early sixties so not a lot of difference from the first one,apart from the sun) There are other apartments on the site which are lived in by the owners but ours were owners who rent them out and if I'm honest need a lot of updating internally to come up to our expectations, so we won't be returning in a hurry.
