"Я трудолюбивый профессионал и мать двух человек. Моя трехночная пребывание здесь дала мне глубокий отдых, который нуждается в каждом полноценном родительском труде! Все было идеально: супер чистый, замечательный персонал, великолепные объекты и, конечно, невероятное закат каждую ночь! Это элегантное место, наполненное смесью семей и пар, в основном европейцев. Он никогда не чувствовал себя переполненным, и были бесчисленные моменты, когда мы просто плавали. Завтрак был небесами на земле. Мой муж и двое детей (9 и 12) также имели абсолютный взрыв! Мой скандинавский муж, чьим самым большим удовольствием является хорошая сауна, исчезает каждый день в спа-сауне в течение часа и оценивает опыт “10/10”. Мы планируем вернуться в следующем году на семь ночей! "

"The Hotel was immaculate through out. The room was spacious with a small balcony and a view of the lake and Garda town. The room was fresh and contemporary with a large walk in shower. The room was cleaned every day and all the staff were very attentive. There are two pool areas. An infinity pool which is very cold and also another conventional pool that is kept warm. There is also a small spa and bike hire on the lower floor. The town of Garda is 1.5 miles down a steep hill. Although a car or scooter is not necessary it brings its advantages, if you are the exploring kind. We had breakfast every day in the dinning room. Which was the usual continental style. The hotel menu for dinner is, almost fine dinning and quite varied. There are quite a few places to eat in town, if you prefer. All together it was a lovely stay"

"3 раза в этом прекрасном курорте, мы всегда берем неделю в квартире, потому что более свободно переезжать в соседние страны, квартира вида на озеро говорит немного замечательно, просторная и оснащенная всем комфортом, Единственный грех, который мы обнаружили в этом году, был немного чистым, но ванная комната была не пикантна с мягкой ванной саблей и сумками, комфортной и просторной спальни, кухней со всеми необходимыми для приготовления пищи (я бы поменял коврики, потому что они были использованы) и терраса вечером наслаждается закатом карты, проверьте с девушками на приеме всегда очень мило, улыбается, и готов к каждому нужде, замечательный спа также там доброта и профессионализм 2 супер-развлекательные массажы и открытый бассейн действительно красивый всегда с видом Озеро мечты, это место сердца для нас, чтобы вернуться с большим удовольствием. "We were visiting south Italy and our flights had an overnight stay in Rome. I ended up booking a room at Villa Alma for the night as it is close to the airport. The taxi from the airport dropped us at the entrance to the street instead of driving us to the front of the building. The driver was also rude and dismissive. It was late when we arrived. So about 10:30pm. Normally check in to Villa Alma closes at 9pm but the owner (Opi??) was waiting for us outside to guide us to the building. Since the taxi did not take us all the way to the door, we were not clear which building to go to but Opi waiting for us outside really helped. Opi was furious that the taxi driver was rude and also made us walk. When we told him what we paid for the ride, he told us he overcharged us and that was wrong. He said he was planning to go to the airport in the morning so he could drop us off as well. We went for a walk and had dinner. This is a nice neighborhood with a canal running through it. It has bridges over it. The view is nice. Also there are plenty of restaurants and bars open in very easy walking distance. We enjoyed our walk a lot. It seems this neighborhood has some festivals in summer so it might be good to go back. Anyway the room was clean, smelled good, well maintained and overall pleasant. We stayed at the room in the first floor (half a flight of walk up) Opi had a breakfast ready for us when we got up in the morning. He had juice, filled croissants, yogurt, coffee, tea etc. Overall I would say the breakfast was nice. He ended up driving us to the airport (along with somebody who works there) as he promised and refused to take money to make up for the bad treatment we had by the taxi driver the night before. We insisted but he refused it. Such a nice guy who made us feel good and happy to meet him. In general I prefer to not to write negative only reviews. But I made sure to write when somebody goes above and beyond. So in general this stay was definitely a good one."

"The place where the hotel was, was like a heaven. The hotel room were big enough for people of 5. All tho 1 of the beds was broken when we got there, the whole experience was quite nice!"

"The services are the best and the food was exquisit. Splendid view and ambiental music creat an unique experience. If you get in the zone, you should not miss it. The meniu gives you the opportunity to delight your taste buds and you ll be amazed of the deserts taste also."
