I waited 2 1/2 hours to check in because the key cards couldn't be made. Finally had to cancel and go to another hotel. The next morning I had a message on my phone from 10:50 p.m. saying the key cards still wouldn't work, but security could escort to rooms, but you couldn't leave unless you had somebody to let you back in. The hotel said that I would get a full refund, but since it was through ******* I'm not sure. ******* has NO WAY on their website to contact customer service in any way. Terrible experience all around. The front desk staff at the hotel were all very kind and apologetic.
