The staff was so awesome and consistent. We stayed for 6 nights and they provided the best service. The food was outstanding and the menu was great. Cannot say enough good things about our experience and the location was awesome for walking into city center.

Beautiful hotel with very helpful staff and a wonderful restaurant! The breakfasts were excellent with fresh juice and coffee and the rooms are spacious. Lovely pool and spa as well. Will definitely stay there if we are ever in Cuernavaca again.

This small hotel is a study in beauty with the most marvelous yet quiet service. Everything was wonderful from the beautiful tea cup of camomile tea they brought to my balcony after my onsite massage to the incredible breakfast each morning. I had the smallest room of my group and it was perfect. I can’t stress enough how relaxing and magical this place is. I want to be back there now.

The places is nice, the restaurant is beautiful and food is delicious. Service at the hotel is terrible, specially in front desk. Hotel prices are excessive so as their policies Next time I’ll only go to restaurant but staying in the hotel was not the best experience

I'll start by saying that this stay was essentially perfect. The front desk folks were simply lovely. They immediately made me feel welcome and like I was an old friend visiting. Gabriel is so charming and funny. He put a smile on my face every time I had a question for him. Marisa is sweet and kind. She has a natural talent for hospitality. Cesar is THE guy for recommendations. He's smart. He's polished. He's refined. Seriously, show up without a plan and just ask Cesar to map out your stay. The hotel itself is a sanctuary in the city. Every direction is a picturesque view. The landscaping evokes lush serenity. The restaurant feels high end and exclusive without being pretentious. The rooms have a peculiar modern antiquity to them that's hard to explain. Location is absolutely prime. It's smack in the middle of town and you can walk to most points of interest in under 5 minutes. I really appreciated the Malin + Goetz and Molton Brown toiletries. They're actually the brands I use at home for my personal care! The food was delicious, I took so many pictures of my food! Bartenders are top notch. My absolute favorite was the Cucumber Refresher (pro tip: they can make it virgin, which in my opinion was the better version). I think I ordered it everyday. The dirty martini was surprisingly perfect (and I say that as a self proclaimed martini snob). Zero notes for the bar. Keep up the excellent work. Lastly, I want to give a shoutout to the housekeeping staff. I wanted fresh flowers for my room and one of the ladies went out and ran the errand for me herself. The arrangement turned out beautiful. All in all, Las Casas B+B will definitely be the place I stay anytime I return to Cuernavaca. I already miss it.

This hotel warned me 1 h before my check in, when i was at my door about to jump in my cab, that they would not honor my (non cancelable) booking reservation because i did not have a credit card. Attention from the receptionist was fairly rude and unexpected for the supposed standing.

Su cálido personal salva la estancia. No recomiendo alojarse, habitación amplia y bonita pero el aire acondicionado dejó de funcionar en la noche, hacía mucho calor en la habitación, a las 6:30 am notifiqué que había pasado una noche fatal y dijeron que mantenimiento lo arreglaría, han pasado 3 horas desde reporte y no han hecho nada, al ser la habitación tan grande el aire acondicionado está situado en la entrada por lo que a la cama no llega, digamos que es un poco edificio te pero no me Molestaba tengo otra noche reservada tengo terror de volver a quedarme ahí , estuvo fatal por otra parte tienes un domo de luz justo arriba de la cama 🛌 de La Luz entra a tu cara muy temprano

Ein wunderschönes Boutique Hotel mitten drin und trotzdem ruhig. Sehr guter Service, wunderbares Frühstück, tolles Restaurant. Sehr freundliches Personal Kann ich sehr empfehlen Wir haben entspannte Tage mit der Familie verbracht. Fühlten uns sehr wohl und sicher

Es un lugar con una vista extraordinaria en la que aprecia la naturaleza sobre todo en el segundo nivel. Dese el balón se puede admirar algunas cúpulas de las iglesias. Al amanecer el sol dorado se refleja en todo lo verde dando una energía positiva. En cada rincón se puede disfrutar de la comodidad y tranquilidad.

El lugar está muy céntrico para caminar y conocer por ahí sin necesidad de auto. Cuenta con estacionamiento aunque es de pago y es un poco incómodo porque no está en el hotel. La alberca es muy pequeña. El hotel es muy lindo, las habitaciones también el servicio excepcional y su restaurante de primera. Nos regalaron al llegar una bebida en cortesía y el desayuno estaba incluído. Volvería sin dudarlo. Muy bien iluminada la habitación y con ventanas dobles Anti ruido

Reservamos el hotel para hospedarnos en nuestra boda. Desde la gestión y planeación previa, hasta los días que estuvimos ahí todo el equipo fue grandioso. Los cuartos excelentes, muy bien presentados, la alberca deliciosa, igual la comida

Excelente atención de todo el staff, trato profesional en todo momento, siempre tods con una sonrisa en la cara. Pasamos nuestra noche de bodas en el hote y fué la mejor opción, fueron muy detallistas desde la llegada, nos ayudaron, siempre, hicieron ás feli nuestro día =)

Excelente lugar! Comida Increíble. Personas amables y súper atentas. El lugar es muy verde con dos piscinas. La suite donde nos quedamos súper agradable. Creo que lo mejor de todo es la oferta gastronómica, de verdad muy buena comida. Recomendable para un fin de semana o simplemente una comida o una cena.

El hospedaje ofrece todo para unos dias romanticos unicos por sus habitaciones lujosas de estilo modernista, funcionales , cómodas, silenciosas y privadas. El restaurante cuenta con platillos y bebidas unicos y deliciosos. El servicio es esmerado, atento y muy cordial. Ofrecen cenas romanticas magnificas para agasajar a la pareja. Es la segunda vez que festejamos nuestro aniversario aquí por todo lo anterior. Su ubicación cerca del centro es provilegiada para caminar un poco.
