Hotel is so dirty, cleaning staff rude. Older hotel but not well kept. Location was closest to a wedding venue we could find, but would never recommend this place. Floors in room carpeted sticky. Bathroom tile floors were not cleaned or mopped. Kept shoes on whole time

Nice staff. Although room was nice and clean hotels should consider removing carpets. Furniture can be updated as well.

The property needs updating. Furniture is old. Hallways need to be updated. While there we killed two roaches. The property must have fumigated recently and the room did not have a great smell. It was like deodorizer over some kind of smell. I will admit the staff did provide towels and toiletries every day. That was a plus. But did not like the property.

The staff at this hotel are very good at their job. I have no complaints. They treat me with respect and make sure that I was able to spend time feeling comfortable during my stay. I personally think everyone needs a raise

The bathroom facilities were too separated n made it uneasy for showering urinating ,,using the tools methodically for your convenience

The hotel is the only decent one in the area. The price was reasonable. Room size good, bed ok, pillows suck- bring your own. Shower weak. Didn't have shampoo. Towels nice and fluffy. The light in the bathroom was "mood" type lighting on the wall. It was dark. Could not see if you flossed well, no way could you see to put on make-up. I asked the desk if I was doing something wrong was there a way to get more light and he said you have the one on the wall. So bring a flashlight and a make up mirror for your stay.

Pet friendly. Helpful staff. we had a room with a really nice walk-in shower. if you don't feel like going out GrubHub delivers.

The place was quite and clean. Staffs were well behaved. The breakfast quality was good.

Average, breakfast could have been better, but overall if you need a decent place to stay for a night or two this place will do ...

The place is outdated and especially the shared spaces are pretty dirty. However, the staff was very nice and friendly, breakfast was included. Overall, it was a last minute booking, so I think price was a bit high for what it offers and especially for the lack of cleanness. You can stay a night or 2 if you’re passing by and you’re not too picky.

We got into Florida later than expected. By the time we got our rental. I decided to drive towards the keys as we were going to visit the keys for a couple of days. I was tired after some driving and was stopped off to get drinks when I noticed this hotel from the road. The outside appearance at night looked appealing so I booked a room. This hotel on the inside in my opinion is sort of slummy. Occasionally you will see a weirdo here or during a hotel visit, but this hotel seemed to attract all the weirdos in this area. There were a lot of characters staying at this hotel at the same time as myself and usually I am ok with some quirkiness, but this tested my patience towards people. The hotel staff wasn’t welcoming either. I’m used to some sort of smile or thanks for booking with us. I didn’t get that here. The hotel key reader intermittently worked and there were times that I had to finagle the card to get the reader to see it to let me into the room. The breakfast was your typical spread with waffle options. The tv package is probably the only memorable part of this experience at this hotel.
