The check-in took too much time, more than 30 min. The front desk can't manage to locate my booking. The service in the restaurant is good. The food is nice. However, it was not a good experience when we went to check out. They still can't locate our booking and wanted to charge the room rate to me. I showed the staff about the hotel confirmation from Trip.com, and then they decided to take the room charges away. And, the time taken for checking out is too much. Won't return in the future.

Loved this hotel and great hospitality too. Super clean and convenient, the food was amazing too. Totally recommend

酒店位置很好，設施齊全，衞生乾淨整潔，屬於一個帶寫字樓的酒店。離碼頭很近，大概2公里不到。酒店服務人員熱情周到。因為我不懂語言，所以靠手機軟件訂房，訂車，和問路。

โรงแรมอยู่ในเมืองแต่ไม่วุ่นวายมาก อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกเยอะ ห้องสะอาด ร้านอาหารบนดาดฟ้ารสชาติดี โดยรวมถือว่าราคาเหมาะสม

整體風格比較偏本地一點，房間的設施有點舊，最重要的一點是，攜程上放的有一個房型照片和實際不符，照片是套間，實際衹有一個房間

除了有點吵 其他都還好

I ordered a cesar salad with chicken. There was mud in the salad. The waitress talked to the chef and said it was cruton. I know it was mud. Mud is the reason why humans Get parasites in stomach. Very unpleasant experience. Waitress offered fruit as compensation.

My spouse and I stayed here for 11 days on vacation. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially when my husband returned to the hotel unwell. The surroundings were well kept...I would suggest a better wifi/cable system and the room keys kept needing to be reset (minor) A tasty combination of cultural/continental/american breakfast was included daily. We celebrated our wedding anniversary and I must give all my gratitude to Chef Daniel and his staff for going all out, even baking us a personal cake and getting me the most beautiful bouquet of roses...all while preparing for a christmas event being held onsite. We enjoyed sitting up at the Skybar..it was mostly quiet but the views were nice. We did not utilize the gym, even though we did manage to locate it. Overall we had a good stay and we would stay there again....we spent most of our days on tour, but the hours spent in the hotel were satisfactory.

This hotel is frequented by many international consultants. I spent 3 weeks here and managed fine; the gym is very tiny; there is no room for yoga mats, and rooms have a bit of a musty smell... hard beds, aging infrastrucure,(pool not functional) However, on the positive side, the hotel is quiet and the staff are very friendly and helpful; chef Dani cooks amazing food, the security staff is super attentive; centrally located with a nice rooftop bar and outside area overlooking the city (can order from the kitchen). Request a room on the water side..... Overall, I'd suggest this hotel is a bit overpriced for its value (room and meals).

The locations is great, customer service on point and the bed is truly comfy. TV has Netflix and the hotel wifi is not that bad. AC works, and breakfast is charged. Free parking available with security on the spot.

Very clean, great staff, but the real highlight is the food. There is a restaurant at the 6th floor and a bar at the 13th floor. Already tried the sliders, the lasagna, the samosas and the Nhama Choma (goat ribs). They are delicious and there is always a good ambience. You might make a couple of friends there.

Perfect location, young and friendly staff and the terrace with a pool it's just a perfect spot to relax after a long working day. In addition, the chef is probably one of the best in town with the ability to create new food experiences.

Unfortunately the showers never had hot water. Staff were not good at communication. Breakfast was less than adequate, but location was great. Hotel needs upgrading

A beautiful hotel alone or with friends, the reception is very warm making you feel in a place you really what to be. The silent lift leading to your room gives you have that feel of belonging. The rooms are very clean with comfortable beds, at some point I almost forgot to wake up.
