"This place doesn't deserve even a single star. It's an absolute disgrace to the hospitality industry. I booked a stay here based on the promises listed on their own website – promises that turned out to be blatant lies. Upon arrival, the "complimentary services" advertised were nowhere to be found. When I brought this to the attention of the reception staff, they initially denied everything, then resorted to pathetic excuses and outright rudeness when I presented their own website as proof. The location is a complete trap - it's in the middle of absolutely nowhere, making you entirely dependent on their awful services. And "awful" is an understatement. The room service is a joke. They're rude, unhelpful, and seemingly allergic to providing basic amenities. I was refused extra cups and glasses, told they simply "didn't have any." The in-room consumables were shockingly poor quality – from the water to the shampoo, everything felt cheap and unpleasant. And forget about anything extra. They actually tried to give me a used comb, claiming it was "on call"! Absolutely disgusting! The staff are unbelievably small-minded and nickel-and-dime you for every single thing. It's clear they're desperately trying to squeeze every last rupee out of their guests. And the harassment didn't stop after I checked out! I've received multiple phone calls from the reception desk demanding more money for supposed "unpaid charges." They claim the owner is forcing them to do this – a clear indication of the predatory and dishonest management. This hotel is a rip-off, a captive nightmare, and an insult to anyone looking for a comfortable and honest stay. Save yourself the headache, the frustration, and the potential financial exploitation – STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! You'll thank me later."

"Здравствуйте, я являюсь гидом компании Intrepid Travels, базирующейся в Австралии. Мы много лет посещаем курорт Шахпура (Абханери). Хотя сам курорт прекрасен, а номера в историческом стиле великолепны, качество обслуживания крайне низкое, и, к сожалению, никаких улучшений не наблюдается, несмотря на неоднократные письменные отзывы от меня, моих гостей и других гидов. Основные проблемы, с которыми мы постоянно сталкиваемся: персонал ленив, не отвечает на запросы и непрофессионален; заказы еды часто обрабатываются в течение 2 часов; персонал не помогает с багажом, если об этом не просят несколько раз; отсутствие элементарного этикета гостеприимства — ни намасте, ни улыбки, ни приветствия; поведение персонала часто грубое и безразличное; некорректные счета — повторяющаяся проблема, особенно когда добавляют лишнее пиво без объяснения причин. Каждый раз мои гости глубоко разочарованы, и это напрямую влияет на репутацию и ценность вашего курорта. Многие из моих гостей уже подали жалобы на сайте Intrepid и TripAdvisor. Очень жаль, что такой прекрасный курорт страдает от полного отсутствия обслуживания клиентов. Эта ситуация серьезно ухудшает качество обслуживания гостей и может повлиять на будущие бронирования от международных туристических компаний, подобных нашей. "What a one-of-a-kind experience we had here! The castle is used for weddings and other special events and we were certainly made to feel like royalty for our special occasion. Abercrombie and Kent created a very unique experience for our group lunch at the castle. First, we were all transported to the castle by small, camel-drawn carriages. The town villagers showed up to welcome and wave to us. We brought several bags of candy ***** with us for our India trip and the children went bonkers over the sweets (even more than we had anticipated or desired). The kids walking ***** beside our carriage turned crazy when they saw us handing out candy and we were immediately mobbed. It took some serious effort to calm things down so everyone could receive a few pieces. Once we arrived at the castle, we were serenaded by musicians and a dancing horse-man. A great feast then ensued and we were entertained by some very talented dancers. This was one of our trip highlights and I’d do it again in a heartbeat. King and queen for a day, a royal and festive experience."

"Our stay at Umaid Palace, Dausa was truly memorable. The property is exceptionally beautiful, thoroughly clean, and beautifully maintained. It perfectly connects you with Rajasthan’s heritage and nature, with serene gardens, peacocks visiting the grounds, two charming mini temples, and a peaceful lake view at the back. The food was exceptionally delicious, with excellent taste and aroma, and the cook was extremely humble. The staff were polite, courteous, and always helpful. The spacious rooms offered a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. There is plenty to enjoy—a huge swimming pool with separate male and female changing rooms, badminton, basketball and pickleball courts, gazebos, and a billiard room. The property is extremely peaceful with no outside disturbance, yet located on a very approachable route with easy access to nearby places. Overall, it is truly value for money and a wonderful place for a relaxing, soulful getaway. Highly recommended!"
