The hotel resolved any issues we had to which we are grateful for and kanaya at the reception provided excellent customer service we have stayed at this hotel before and will certainly choose Ramada Dheradun again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ramada, Dehradun for 4 nights & experience was wonderful ! The hotel's location is in the city. The staff were helpful & polite. Room was spacious, clean & comfortable. Restaurant Food was really tasty. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide variety of options to suit tastes. Overall, a Comfortable stay. *Pros:* Excellent staff, comfortable rooms, nice location, delicious food.

Excellent hospitality. Food and hygiene is top notch. Rooms are clean and of decent size. Situated at the heart of the city. There are malls and market at the walking distance. The staff is polite and courteous. Would definitely recommend and prefer Ramada for my future stays.

We had an unexpected overnight stay at Ramada, Dehradun, due to a medical emergency, and I cannot thank the hotel staff enough for their warmth and support. A special mention to Rajesh and Noopur at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Both Rajesh and Noopur were extremely courteous, understanding, and compassionate, ensuring that all our needs were taken care of seamlessly. Their professionalism, combined with their genuine concern, truly made a difference during a stressful time. The hotel itself was well-maintained, but it was their exceptional hospitality that stood out the most. We stayed for one night. The location was very convenient for us. Its nice cozy hotel. Room was decent bed was comfortable. Food at the Resataurant ws great! Anjali served us with care and pleasure. liked it! Overall a nice stay which pleased us!

Made a pitstop on the way to Mussoorie. Never seen a Ramada in such a state. Pool is not operational for many days and there’s no mention of it anywhere before making a reservation. The gym is a joke (hot as a sauna!) Rooms are fine. And chef Sandeep was kind to offer breakfast keeping in mind the dietary needs. Don’t expect much if you’re here!

Excellent service...good hospitality ..stay was comfortable food was good. Location wise its well placed which helps in transit. I will recommend this place for business travellers. Staff is also quite helpful and decently trained. One of the reasonably priced good hotel in dehradoon
