Hotel was sub par. The bed however was phenomenal!

I hate giving out bad ratings however, the room was expensive and lacking comfort. The entire wall bedside did not have electricity which made our night a living hell. Had to get a second room and still didn't slack on the rate.

It is a nice, quite Hotel. However, I was charged a smoking penalty fee for smoking in the designated smoking area per directions from the front desk?!? I'm still baffled!? So if you smoke do NOT stay here. If you dont smoke I would skeptical because they may charge you a smoking fee because they believe or feel like you smoked in, around, or near.....anywhere. I'm very upset about this because I followed the rules and I was still penalized. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. They just lost a customer because I visit Columbia regularly and I liked staying there until they pulled this crap!!😡

Their friendliness and welcoming beverages, muffins and cookies were a great touch that set The Wyndham above all other hotels we’ve checked into. The front desk clerk Ms Danni treated everyone like family and we are looking forward to seeing her on our next visit. My kids loved the outdoor chess game.

The sheets were dirty, they are white so I seen every stain. The corners in the bathroom was dirty, the wall in the bath tub was peeling. I mean it looked poor. While the lobby looks updated the rest was a mess. Also the room had a old odor.

Great service and rooms, Shawn at the front desk was a huge help and was very accommodating. Would stay again!

Excellent facility and bedding with a good breakfast with hot and cold beverages and food.

The woman working at the front desk during the day was an amazing person! I wish I git her name. She was so friendly and helpful during our whole stay. The hotel was getting renovated when we stayed so there was some annoying noise and our view was of a construction dumpster but the parts that were finished were very nice. This hotel is also very close to Fort Jackson so it made family day and graduation very easy. The hotel is right off the highway exit and we didn’t notice any highway noise at night. There are also a ton of places to eat but not much else to do in the area.

The lobby was nice. But when you get into the room the floors had big spot and tub had a stain that couldn't come off. And they look like they was still fixing on some of the rooms.

The place was fine overall but they are remolding. Construction guys leaving trash bends in the hallways was crazy. The crew working seemed like they really didn't enjoy being on the job. My ratings would be higher if things were different. Maybe next time.

Breakfast had little options, and there was a loud banging that happened randomly all hours of the day and night. Other than that it was a beautiful property.

I like that the hotels close to Fort Jackson. I was there for a graduation. The hotel room smelled very musty like a gym. Nice location nice area the room was just musty.

I enjoyed my stay, I was there Dec 16th 2023, room was clean and modern. Bed was comfortable. The only thing is the old sign is destroyed it is an eye soar fir the hotel, shoukd consider removing that sign. Other than that! I would stay there again
