Отель с прекрасным видом на горы. У нас был номер с общим балконом, что не очень комфортно, нужно закрывать постоянно шторы. Завтрак скудный, готовят китайскую лапшу. Персонал очень приветливый, есть парковка для авто. На мой взгляд довольно дорогой отель, только из-за пейзажа. В номере не работали теплые полы и обогрев в душе.

Отношение службы очень хорошее.Младший брат очень нежный и очень внимательный в объяснении мер предосторожности.Лифт находится на ремонте.Мы живем на верхнем этаже и помогаем перемещать багаж.В магазине есть два щенка.Они супер непобедимый и симпатичный.Смотровая площадка здания очень хороша для фотосъемки помещения.Балкон тоже очень большой,и фильм подарили.Перед отъездом подарила два молитвенных колеса.Я очень рада.Я могу действительно увидеть Rizhao Jinshan, который находится очень близко к снежной горе.Супер красивый номер не плохой.

I rarely write a review on my own accord but I'm reviewing on the bus back because I was quite impressed with this hotel. The staff was very kind to offer free cancellation for the next day when i reached out via wechat and told him i was a little unwell and may not be able to stay, even though it wasn't free cancellation by default. I recovered the next day and decided to still book a night with them. When I reached, the staff offered a free upgrade (same room style but with a bathtub and 1 level higher than what I paid for). They will pick you up and drop you off at the bus pickup point which is otherwise at least 6 mins walk away from hotel. There are lots of young staff working and everyone is polite. The dinner in the restaurant is a little expensive but decent (we are 2 small eater so we went for the 198yuan 1-person set - the tomyam soup was good!). There is a small fireworks show at 7.40pm everyday. There are 3 cute dogs in the hotel. The breakfast is a good spread and the afternoon tea was decent too. When you're here, remember to walk the left of feilaisi observation deck towards all the colourful flags. Just 2 minutes walk and you will get really nice photo of the 神女峰 which i shared here. Many people do not know of this spot. Put 3号观景台 in your GPS which is a further 15 mins walk and you get a really good photo of the main peak. It is extremely important to use moutain forecast to check the weather at 3000m and only come here when it's not cloudy. Our forecast the next morning was "some clouds" and it's good enough -saw a little bit of 日照金山 but indeed the sky was generally clear like the forecast. You can see sunrise at level 5 observation deck of the hotel and do not need to squeeze with the crowd at feilaisi 观景台. For comparison purpose I attach a photo on a "rain showers" forecast which is my day of arrival and you really cannot see much. So you must check the forecast before coming. Even though the hotel is a little expensive (I paid sgd171), I think the awesome location, decent hotel condition and all the freebies and good service made up for it.

The hotel location is super amazing, with the view of Meili Snow Mountain right in front of our room balcony. Or even on the hotel rooftop cafe. Plus, we got a super wonderful experience of their hospitalities during the stays. The staff is super helpful and the facilities and accommodation is beyond the standard. Will have a revisit thought again by any chance 😊✨

View from the room was incredible. Staff super friendly. Really enjoyed the roof top lounge area in the afternoon and perfect place to watch the sunrise over snow mountains. The food in the restaurant was also quite good. Highly recommend this hotel.

Overall it is very good

We stayed at the Wake Up Mountain Hotel in June 2024 for a week. The Hotel is wonderful. The rooms are clean, the bathrooms are excellent, and the view from the windows of the mountains is fantastic. The Hotel also has a viewing area (and a bar) on the roof, providing the best sunrise view of the entire region's mountains. The restaurant has a great menu and excellent food; it is the best restaurant in the area. Finally, the staff Wenwen and others are wonderful, friendly and helpful. They arranged car and driver tours for us to travel around the area and addressed our requests. Excellent stay. They are highly recommended. Ken and Jacqueline

Nice afternoon tea when we arrive. The front desk people are nice and friendly, guide us on the room equipment. There’s a nice view of snow mountain. Lucky us managed to catch 日照金山 with just 1 night stay. The breakfast has set meal + buffet style, food is nice. There’s also cute dogs around.

Room is clean and with a great view. It is just direct opposite of the snow mountain. The staff 文文，小张 had been really helpful. Help to ans promptly to our request.

Personally think this hotel has the best view for Meili mountain (梅里雪山), very modern looking hotel with a cozy lobby and customer service, especially big thank to 小杨, 文文, 小张, 宁宁 for the superb care and hospitality - thanks for the surprise cake for my wife’s birthday, and we both love the little gift too, so sweet of you all. Best thing of the stay of course is the billion dollar view of 日照金山, we were so lucky to capture from our own eyes, they say one will get a full year LUCK once seen 日照金山, we were thrilled! By the way, hotel were clean with good quality toiletries and towels, they even have a Dyson hairdryer in the room. Will be happy to come back someday in the future!
