The hotel is very good but the service needs to be improved. Out of 5 days of stay during two consecutive months, the dinner plates clearance from the room was not done despite several calls. They were taken away the next morning by the room cleaning guys. The housekeeping daily room service was good in 24th floor but I had to remind the boys to get it cleaned and also several calls to be made to housekeeping department to replenish the daily complimentary water as well on 13 th floor. The chimney was not working in 1301. Another coning by Marriott was that the reservation promises (as shown during booking and as also mentioned in the invoice ) that the deal was to get 3000 bonvoy points per night however after several emails to customer service they have not credited them. Bonvoy team had to be reminded for credit of earned points as it was not done automatically. 3000 points per night I have forgotten now as there is no time with me to remind them anymore. Food quality is good and breakfast spread is also good.
