CHOOSE A DIFFERENT HOTEL. The rooms are dirty and in desperate need of renovations. The AC doesn’t work properly and leaks from the ceiling on to the tiles which is super dangerous as you slip and fall, the blow dryer caught on fire and we had to throw (!) it outside, there were plumbing noises coming from the bathtub in the middle of the night waking up my baby. Pool and cleaning staff as well as security were very friendly, but the front desk staff - not helpful at all. The rooms look way worse than the pictures and you only get one teeny tiny towel each that’s so thin, it hurts to sit on the dirty old lounge chairs by the pool - most of them are broken by the way. We asked for an extra towel for our 7 months old baby and they said NO !!!! ??? Pool was super dirty the first day, the beach area is not great and the most beautiful beaches in PR are not here ! There’s simply not much to do here. San Juan is super far because of traffic, so just simply DO NOT COME HERE. This place was nothing but a disappointment and a safety hazard as my older mother almost caught on fire due to the super old and outdated hair dryer and my dad slipped due to the leaking AC.

Great room and safe location. Perfect for families wanting a pool and beach on the property. Good customer service from hotel staff.

The property has access to the Embassy Suites facilities (pool jacuzzi, beach). The parking is near the building. Also, the staff is very friendly, attentive and helpful.

TERRIBLE! The room we stayed in was filthy, with stained walls and dirty . It was evident that the housekeeping staff had not properly cleaned before my arrival. The room was not habitable. Mold, cockroaches, simply the worst. We couldn’t sleep with the bad smell. AC is kept on hi to hide the moldy smell. Super cold and when we ask for more blankets, front desk told us they didn’t have any. We ask to sleep with manager and we were given a card with the managers name as he was not available. I have pictures to share for whoever is interested. PLEASE STAY AWAY!

The property is old, the air conditioner is out dated it gets very condensed the walls and floor get wet

If I would have listened to all the negative reviews I would have never stayed here but overall, this location had everything that my partner and I needed for a 5 night vacation. They are strict on check in time (4pm on the DOT).. in the meantime while we waited we were able to get a drink and check out the property. Rooms are dated and muggy but clean. Bed wasn’t terrible and was not as bad as others made it seem.The balcony, washer/dryer and fitness center were a PLUS (only two working treadmills out of 3) The hotel sits on a private/gated community so we felt safe enough to take a walk outside. Only negative would be Uber/Transportation to and from Dorado. If you plan on spending majority of your time in San Juan, JUST SPEND THE MONEY ON THE HOTEL IN THAT VICINITY. You’ll end up spending the same amount because of the transportation fees. I also recommend young couples to check out RESORT PASS. My partner and I were able to spend the day at a resort in Condado. It was nice to get away from the property to check out other places. There’s also restaurants, CVS & Walgreens in close Proximity to the hotel. WOULD RECOMMEND for a short vacation/ kid friendly vacation.

The property has a strong, foul odor to it. Our room door did not have a tight seal, as soon as we walked in there were bugs on the floor, beds and walls. The hotel is in a nice area, but outdated, needs updates, and something done about the odor. We ended up checking out after 15 minutes.
