Comfort Inn Herndon-Reston ★★

"Due to the hurricane coming through, our tournament got canceled. I tried to cancel my eoom, but they refused to cancel even knowing we werent coming. I would have taken a credit for future use but that wasnt even offered. Instead of canceling, i get an email saying they are keeping my reservation. Mind you, check in is at 4pm (i think) and this email was senr at midnight. First time we stayed here, no complaints. Besides they not cleaning our room."

"It's close to Dulles Airport and has many restaurants, making it very convenient. However, the parking lot in front of the front desk was closed, so we got quite lost. The room was very spacious, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was delicious."

"Facilities: Good Cleanliness: Good Environment: Good Service: Good It's a US chain, so it's quite reliable. The bed was too soft, but everything else was fine. The bed was big enough, no other issues. It's worth it, the price is cheap, and everything else is good."
