Beach Hotel ★★★

"After many years of visiting Drasnice and staying in private accommodations we have decided to book hotel this time. When we first arrived, we have been threatened by hotel neighbor that he is going to slash our tires if we leave the car on the marked parking spot by the hotel fence. Wife went inside to ask where we can park but reception was closed and there was no hotel employees to be found. I waited in the car for one hour until we found receptionist. She sent me to another location (10 minutes walk) to park the car becouse "all" the parking spots by the hotel were taken. On my way back I noticed that she was helping other guests(who checked in after us) park In front of hotel on the places that weren't even marked as parking. When I asked why couldn't I park on those spots she said that those were taken. All points that some guests have a special treatment. I requested to speak to manager but he was unavailable for the moment. The tone she had was wery unprofessional and nonchalant. Many hours later I got to talk to the manager who immediately took sides with receptionist and couldn't care less about my complaints. He didn't even care when I pointed to the mail conversation we had and that he clearly said that there was free parking available by the hotel, not 700m uphill. I am sincerely concerned about my car safety during this vacation. Drasnice is the most beautiful place on Croatian coast, small, quiet and perfect vacation destination for families with children who truly want to enjoy sun and beautiful beaches. To all of you who want that kind of vacation we strongly recommend this piece of haven but we also recommend to stay away from this hotel."
