We recently celebrated our son's birthday at the hotel in Nassema Towers, and it was a truly memorable experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and taken care of. A special thank you to Maria at the reception, who was not only friendly but went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Her warm demeanor set the perfect tone for our stay. We’d also like to recognize Kashif in the concierge and his colleague (sorry we didn’t catch the name!)—both of whom were fantastic. They extended help even before we asked, always ready with a smile and proactive in making sure we were comfortable. The venue was beautiful, the service impeccable, and the staff truly made us feel like family. Thank you for helping us create such special memories for our son's birthday. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The apartment is basic and the reception is run down. Ha d to ask for kettle, iron and hair dryer, slippers, and so on as nothing is in the room that should be there but the cleaners are helpful and bring what is needed. The hygiene is not good. The sofa was stained , sheets had patches on them. Plugs are broken and unfixed. Room has only one bed lamp and one dim light. Very dark. U can hear very loud water gushing in the wall if next door has a shower and it wakes u up at night. Tv channels don’t work and no one fixed it. Positive feed back is you have a washing machine and a dryer. A good breakfast as it combined with the hotel and location is amazing. Its is next to metro and restaurants.

Superb experience!! I was invited by my friends celebrating their birthdays couple of months ago and I was amazed with the modern interior and spacious design of the rooms. I decided to host my birthday celebration and invited my family and it’s a total blast! 😊 Thank you for Joy for organizing the booking of my room. She really made it happen for me. The bellboy Kaiser I don’t know if I spelled it right but his name sounds like Cashier 😁, He’s very helpful, accommodating and assisted me best way possible he can. The receptionists are very helpful too. Overall, it was a great choice! Thank you for the amazing hospitality. Will be back soon. 👊🏼
