lovely and helpful night and day shift, loved the inside design, very interesting, lovely room, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, but unfortunately a bit of dirt on the floor and dust balls under the floating bed

Beautiful hotel in a peaceful and gorgeous part of Dublin. A few minutes walk away from the Green Line LUAS. The more compact bedrooms are a bit on the small side for a couple, but they’re still well appointed, very new and clean, and comfortable. The hotel bar is cosy and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The only downside is the lack of parking, you’ll have to park onstreet at fairly considerable expense. Not really the fault of the hotel, but it is something to note if you’re driving here.

Popped in to have food and a drink and enjoy the lovely interiors, the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly, they went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and was really great customer service. The bar menu is very good as well.

Excellent hotel, very arty! It was clean, well kept and the staff were extra friendly. The food in the restuarant had a bit of a twist and was delicious! I would definitely recommend and the location was very central which was perfect! Hope to visit again soon.

Stayed at the NYC Dublin for three nights on business, and I must say it was one of my best experience in a hotel. Apart from the location which is well placed if you want to see the city sights, the food was great, room very comfy and well kept and extra tick for having an iron and ironing board which you generally have to ask for, best of all was the staff who were welcoming, attentive my thanks to you all especially Paula who was amazing thank you all for looking after me I will most definitely make you my go too in the future.❤️❤️❤️

Lovely clean new hotel, we loved the layout for dining and the bar area. Room was clean, we paid extra to overlook the canal which was worth it. Breakfast was expensive but there was a lot of choice and a good variety. The staff were generally all very friendly and helpful. One small ******, we arrived back after a day out and our room hadn’t been serviced. When I queried if this was hotel policy the girl just said they prioritise vacant rooms. Not what you expect in a 4* hotel. To their credit the room was cleaned for the rest of our visit.
