房間的空間挺大的，衹是真的什麼牙刷拖鞋紙巾都沒有，浴巾也是單人份的，衹有地理位置還算不錯，衹能將就了

酒店位置還不錯，離城堡等幾個主要景點都不遠。早餐就是常規的英式早餐，品質也可以。家庭房提前鋪好了沙發床，也能儘量安排一層。

房間比較乾淨，早餐也還是不錯，，離城區也比較近，可以步行去，8月愛丁堡國際藝術節，酒店價格都普遍漲了很多

中規中矩的洲際旗下酒店，衹能説馬馬虎虎，房間設施比較舊，酒店人員服務也是總體中上，夜班比白班服務態度要好得多。酒店位置OK 去哪走就行到市中心10mins walk

Our hotel room was filthy which made us very uncomfortable, there was also fresh blood on the thermostat, when we went to complain there was no staff available to help us at the desk, the shower was so weak, the whole interior is very outdated and despite emailing our complaints, we haven’t received any messages back, It was also very cold in the room despite putting the heating on. I would definitely avoid even for 1 night.

Very tired and grubby not what you expect for premiere inn. Definitely the worst we’ve ever stayed in. Staff were surly and begrudgingly helped room was clean bed comfy, but the sockets didn’t work hairdryer didn’t work usb didn’t work hot water didn’t work in sink and when we mentioned to the desk staff they told me it was because they had been too busy to do maintenance! Certainly wouldn’t stay there again

Very friendly staff however from the moment we arrived in room windows were open with strong smell of cigarette smoke and load talking throughout the evening after looking out the window we see we was above the staff rear door Heavy bin lorry traffic and banging from 6am to 8.30am this led to a poor nights sleep

We have stayed at this hotel many times during the Edinburgh Fringe festival (19 years in fact!). We have always found the staff welcoming, and the hotel bright and comfortable. It is also very well situated for getting around Edinburgh. The breakfasts, although not exceptional, are perfectly adequate. However, the price during the festival period is ridiculously high - this year just under £300 per night! Unfortunately, it is following the trend of all the other central Edinburgh hotels during this period. If the price rises any further, we will have to seriously consider our options for next year! However, we do always enjoy our stay there, as demonstrated by our number of visits!
