Приятные условия проживания, тихо, просторная комната с прекрасной кухней. 10 минут пешком до центра города. 3 минуты пешком до ближайшего супермаркета. Бесплатное и удобное хранение багажа до заезда или после выезда. Настоятельно рекомендую.

Вы дважды списали с меня деньги. Письмо, которое я отправил, не доходит, адрес недействителен. Позвонил, но меня заставили ждать, и линия прервалась. Пожалуйста, ответьте как можно скорее. Спасибо.

very dusty and old apartment with very limited service. I booked 1 br apartment with 1 sofa bed. I particularly asked for 3 adults stay and paid much more than 1 br for 2 adults, but at the time we arrived, nothing has been set up for 3 people. We need to set the bed and ask for extra sheet cover, quilt and pillow. the dusty quilt set bag caused me running nose all night. Move over, the staffs delivered different information. the male staff told me the nespresso coffee capsules are free to refill, then few minutes later, the female staff told me the coffee capsules are charged while I ask for refilling. during my stay 3 nights, there is no clean service at all. with paying for over 300 pounds per night, this service is not acceptable. 完全不推薦哩間服務公寓，俾左服務公寓價格，但完全冇服務。訂三人一間房，夜晚抵達公寓查看房間僅夠兩人使用。通知前台要求重新set，最終也僅是俾多一套床品自己set。床品塵蟎導致我一晚鼻敏感。 超過3000港紙一晚竟然在幾粒膠囊咖啡上說法不一，一陣免費一陣又要收費。如此混亂管理。三日完全沒有服務也沒有清掃。本次旅途中最差體驗。

This is one of thr appartment that all of us really happy and satisfied with. Clean room, friendly and helpful front counter, good location and comfort room. Love it. If I come back to Edinburgh, surely will stay in this apartment again.

Super clean apartment. Staff very helpful Carpark barrier should give more time to get through. Closed too quickly so we had to re enter the code and the keypad was difficult to see the numbers and press

I booked the one-bedroom open-floor apartment was super spacious and had plenty of room to relax. The location near was perfect—close to everything I wanted to see and do. It was comfortable, convenient, and made the trip so much easier. Would definitely stay here again!
