Very very basic hotel. Stinky in the evening (curry, which I love but not in a hotel). Room is big but basic, look a bit dirty as well as the bathroom. The balcony in nice tho. Breakfast: everything is in plastic: fork, spoon, glass all the buffet breakfast is in plastic or paper - first time in my life.

Breakfast was good and the staff at the desk were great!

The room was freezing cold the whole night and we caught cold because the room heat wasn’t working as the balcony window had a leak or something and the wind kept travelling in due to which the room was super cold. We couldn’t sleep all night. We called the front desk and all they did was bring in towels and cover the leak which didn’t help much at all as the temperature outside was -36 and we couldn’t sleep at all! Worst night ever! Trip.com needs to be aware of the hotel condition!

Good place even though it’s weathered. Can improve breakfast simply by providing fresher bread and bagels. Overall good stay.

Overall, for the price; this property is trash. Reason 1- building is way too old. 2- doors aren’t clean, glasses have smudges, floors aren’t wiped properly. 3- whole interior is dated and boring looking. Nothing like the pictures. 4- almost all hallways have paint smudges or little scratches that aren’t fixed yet. 5- balcony is so weirdly placed. It looks over nothing and you’re blocked in. Cigarette butts everywhere.

We stayed here for 3 nights with our family. Service was excellent, hotel was clean, breakfast was great, and the pool and hot tub were great, especially for the kids. Was our second time staying at this hotel and we will definitely be back when in the area.

I love this place because it lets you check in at 3 pm and check out at 12 pm. Had the pleasure of dealing with this kind Gentleman named TK, who was at the front desk. His customer service skills were amazing. Also let me tell you about the beds, pillows and sheets, they are above the rest. Holiday Inn doesn’t mess around when it comes to comfort and Luxury. Amazing! Best sleep hands down. Will definitely be coming back!!!!!

My car was broken into. They charge 20.00 for parking and have no cameras or security to deter thieves. Bad area as their is lots of homeless people. Front desk said it is a regular thing that happens. Even break in to steel looks change. Was not told this at check-in.

The staff was amazing, breakfast was hot, located close to all our needs our trip :)

The bed and bedding was so comfortable! I had a great rest! If there was anything I could suggest: adding a dark roast coffee for the coffee drinkers and maybe tea kettle with teas for the tea drinkers. Other than that, it was a great stay.

We like the property because it is close to Rogers but quality isn't there anymore.

Was in a seedy neighborhood. Didn't feel overly safe walking even to the parking lot.
