"Мы уже останавливались в этом отеле раньше, и у нас был очень положительный опыт, поэтому этот визит нас особенно разочаровал. Начнём с того, что в некоторых номерах нет балкона или террасы. К сожалению, нас изначально поселили в один из таких номеров, несмотря на то, что в нашем бронировании было указано наличие балкона или террасы. Поскольку отель был полностью забронирован, мы не смогли поменять номер до следующего дня. Помимо отсутствия открытого пространства, в номере ночью было слишком ярко из-за прямого света уличного фонаря. В следующие две ночи нас переселили в номер с балконом, что нам понравилось. Однако в номере постоянно слышался громкий жужжащий звук — механический шум, который звучал непрерывно днём и ночью, — из-за чего было трудно спать. Из положительных моментов: завтрак хороший и предлагает неплохой выбор. Уборка номеров тоже на очень высоком уровне. Сам Эль-Котильо — это прекрасный, спокойный городок для серферов с красивыми пляжами и отличным выбором небольших местных ресторанов. Это идеальное место, если вы хотите расслабиться и насладиться морем. Это не место для ночной жизни — здесь больше внимания уделяется пляжу, серфингу и неспешному отдыху. "

"Arrived on a Sunday key is in a safe box by the front door. Reception work 10 -2 Monday to Saturday. Very helpful and friendly staff. Our studio was on the first floor , via stairs and lift, at the rear facing the village and across to the old harbour. With a decent size balcony looking out accriss to opposite apartments Large clean and comfortable. Nearly everything is provided even mop and broom. Washing up liquid, sponge, and clothes. No oven, the combination microwave has no removable shelf, so the grill section can't really be used. The bath is of a normal size, but the water heater only supplied enough hot water for half a bath, and then you wait for it to heat up to fill the bath up. Television is small and spanish channels only. No room safe. They don't tell you until you read the notice in the room about the intermittent building work between 10 and 4 at the rear of the building. We were lucky in the 2 weeks no work was done. During certain wind conditions, there is a smell of sewage from the bathroom, which they know about. BE CAREFUL WITH THE HAIR DRYER SEE PICTURES The bed has an annoying squeak when you turn over. The one thing we found is the lack of an information sheet to tell you things like towel changes, bedding changes... they hang them on the outside of your door for you to do yourself , maybe it's their interpretation of independent holidays. The pool is absolutely freezing, and the steps in and out of it are loose, which they know about. The safety Lifebouy ring is hidden out of view, with no availability of cushions for the sunloungers. There is a paid launderette on the lower floor, and the rubbish bins are also down there, but again, no one tells you unless you ask. There is no cafe yet it's signed on the wall by reception. If you need a walk-in shower, ask when you book. To sum up, yes, i would go again. It's spacious, clean, comfortable, and a few tweaks it would achieve 10 out of 10 . I mark it as 9 ... until the new apartments are built behind the block."

"We loved our stay here the only thing that let this down was the access on our arrival. We arrived after 10pm and on arrival the property was in darkness with contact details taped to the door we phoned the number but wouldn't go through as we didn't know the area code We had our 13 son with us which found this very upsetting.thankfully we was help by another guest. I think the door code should be emailed along with the apartment number and code to the key safe.it would be less frustrating to guests and a better experience and level of communication. Also add yhe area code in instead of +3 as not everyone would know it is 00."

"Welcome to hell… Worst holiday ever! I work hard and look forward to my annual holiday. We have used Jet 2 Holidays many times but boy there has been nothing like this before. If you want to rest and relax, enjoy restaurants and like things to do, are coming on your own, as a couple or family; this is NOT the place for you…. It’s like a building site, woken by builders drilling doing piling works, electrics keeps going off, no places to eat out, looks like a wars zone, swimming pool freezing, it’s a dump! It’s only day 2 and looking forward to going home already!!! Do NOT come here."

"Great location, supermarket 5 minutes away. Restaurants and bars 1 min away. Rooms have everything you need. Building work opposite is nothing to worry about ( looks like it's going to be a beautiful hotel when completed. You are given a 4 digit code before you arrive, this doesn't work until after 3pm, but there is staff here until 4pm. Once you check out they have storage lockers you can leave your cases in. Nice relaxing area down the ramp near reception. Great gym area. There are also showers you can use before you are picked up ( spotlessly clean) transfer time via taxi or private transfer is about 30 minutes"
