The Meems' Elliston B&B

I was traveling with a group where we were booked in the Meems B & B for 1 night. On arrival we dropped our bags and were out the door to watch the Puffins and other seabirds on the rocks which is what Elliston is noted for, When the group got back it was late and so we barely met our hosts Malia and Abdul until the morning. Most of the group were out early in the morning but I stayed behind to relax and enjoy the coziness and comfort of their B & B and I had a chance to talk with Abdul and Malia while they set out a lovely and delicious breakfast on a table with enough chairs for the group. Malia is a wonderful cook, the food was delicious and filling. The room I shared with a friend was small but very comfortable and had plenty of blankets , even though we were there in July it gets quite cool at night. Malia and Abdul are such delightful hosts and it was fun hearing how they settled in Elliston after living in India and I wouldn't hesitate to go back and stay there again.

Stayed at The Meems' Elliston B&B while on a photography tour. What a wonderful experience! Rooms were wonderful, conversation was fantastic, and the food was beyond delicious! They really do go above and beyond to ensure you have a pleasant experience. I will be returning with my family!

While on a photography tour, our group stayed at The Meems' Elliston B&B. The accomodations were comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and our hosts were friendly and engaging! They shared many stories with us and made us feel like family!

The rooms are a delight and comfortable. It is really the best option if you have come to view the puffins! The breakfasts were amazing! Especially the scones and muffins! Check out Mifflins or the Puffin Cafe for lunch and supper.

Lovely, one-night stay at Meems' B & B. Maïla & Rashid were welcoming hosts. The room & bed were comfortable and breakfast with homemade, healthy, vegetarian options were much appreciated. Special touches, like the handmade soap in the bathroom, South-Asian inspired decor and multi-lingual hosts added to everyone feeling at home.

Maila and Abdul are very friendly, helpful hosts. They immediately make you feel at home. For breakfast, we got fresh fruit, homemade jams and when we mentioned our milk intollerance, Maila immediately went into the kitchen and made some oat milk from scratch. On the 2nd day, the oat milk was already on the table. They told us where we could eat, what we could see and were overall wonderful hosts. The Puffin Viewing Site is very close by. This is a great place to stay. The room was a little small but everything else made up for that.

Maila und Rashid have made our two-night stay very memorable - they are excellent hosts. Their B&B is a comfortable, tasteful and cozy place. The breakfast is mouthwatering and provides plenty of delicious homemade cooking with a hint of Indian spices. Yummmmm. Heaven also for vegetarians ! Maila was so nice to share some of her recipes for jams made from flowers which I will try myself at earliest convenience. We had a great time with other guests at breakfast, sharing experiences from our travels.

Very clean and comfortable room with charming, eclectic decor and we were greeted with an iced tea beverage on our arrival. The breakfast was very good with homemade jams and freshly made omelets. Location is fabulous to see the puffins! Recommendations for sites to see on the Bonavista Peninsula were excellent.

Individuelles Frühstück mit vielen selbstgemachten Marmeladen und Zutaten. Eier, Wurst, Porridge, Müsli, Obst und Kaffee und zig Teesorten.
