It was a nice hotel and the room was spacious. There were a few cockroaches, but not too bad

Decent hotel but this is consistent at quality inns. It does the job for a quick night

Everyone was very nice and friendly, room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The outdoor pool was large and clean. Very close to airport and shuttle services were offered. Very pleased with this hotel and staff.

First time I've stayed at this Hotel. Very surprised at the price and cleanliness. A+

Rooms are ok but not great they are dated and a lot of furniture in the room and just got a vibe of an offices with furniture and giant vanity area. The staff however were super nice and very helpful we had left a camera in our room and the man at the front desk at 5:30 in am brought it to us at the airport so he made a second trip back he was a life saver!! They were all very nice!!

The hotel provides really good value. I needed a place from 3am to approx 8am due to a delayed flight. The staff was really really friendly and the price was only $79 for 1 night which is a good price I feel for a decent included breakfast. I stayed in room 217, which happened to be next to thebl elevator. If you're a light sleeper I would avoid or call and ask to make sure you're not next to the elevator. If you have allergies you may want to inquire about staying in animal tree rooms as well.

I liked the friendliness of the staff. Breakfast was okay. What I didn't like was the swimming pool was outside. In February in Kentucky it should have not been listed.

Property is fine for early morning flights and being able to leave your car parked in their lot instead of making another stop at Fast Park or similar. Taking you to the airport is a breeze and they are one time. However, getting back to the hotel on your return is a hassle. We called at 3pm and was told they’d be there about 3:40!! What?! The drive takes 5-10 max! No reason given. No apologies. That’s just the way it is.

No water available to purchase unless you had cash. Had to walk to gas station. No toilet paper in room. Bed was comfortable.

Excellent hotel. Close to airport. I would stay here again. Staff were extremely helpful and courteous.

Somuch nicer than i expected. Front desk got my name right, both days. And having the airport shuttle start at 4am was fabulous. Room was very clean and comfortable.

I was initially given a handicap-accessible room, though I don't need one and didn't request one. The deadbolt was broken, there was an old flosser on the bathroom counter, and a dirty handicap stool full of questionable water in the crusty-looking shower. I requested a different room because the showerhead was too low for me to use, and I didn't want to take the accessible room in case someone else might actually need it. They moved me to a new room, but unfortunately, it was right off of the main lobby and next to the elevator, so I could hear everything going on in the lobby, plus frequent elevator noise from the elevator's motor (why so noisy at midnight?!). In the morning, I could hear the loud TV and other guests in the breakfast area. If not for the fact that I sleep with sound-blocking ear buds, I wouldn't have slept a wink all night. The HVAC unit in the new room only blew cold air despite being set to "heat," and I had to unplug it to turn it off. The shower could only be turned on by pulling up the little faucet knob *really* hard, and then it had pretty low water pressure. There was no laundry bag and the 1st floor ice machine didn't work. Everything was just visibly old and run-down, with rust on metal fixtures and chipped paint. At least the bed was fairly comfy and the linens were clean. Breakfast was underwhelming, with weird rubbery eggs, cheap mini donuts, bland coffee, and a weirdly loud DIY waffle iron. On the plus side, the staff were friendly.
