Наш номер был скромных размеров, имел дешевую и разнородную мебель и, самое главное, был грязным. Пол и ванная давно не мылись и были усеяны подозрительными пятнами. Только после неоднократных и энергичных протестов нам удалось добиться некоторой чистоты. Структура напоминает ветхое государственное жилье: некачественные материалы, разрушающиеся на солнце и соли, повсюду трещины, неровные и изношенные поверхности. «Ресторан» по системе «все включено» представляет собой шведский стол в стиле корпоративной столовой, и в этом районе, где рыбный ужин на двоих с бутылкой вина стоит в среднем 50–60 евро, в единственный вечер, когда мы зашли в взгляните на него, и в качестве основного блюда там предлагаются каннеллони с рагу. Частного пляжа нет, а общественный представляет собой свалку. Я должен продолжать? Мы облажались; Пишу для того, чтобы и вам не было тоже.

We loved our 5 days at this hotel - the staff absolutely make all the difference, nothing was too much trouble and they were always smiling and happy to chat! Reception staff fantastic! Special thanks to Frank’s ‘mum’ (Frank is the lovely resident cat) = the Romanian lady who runs the restaurant and all the serving staff who waited on the tables! First class! AI was great value with the selection of food, Greek salads, fish, meat, fresh fruit, desserts, etc! Nothing repetitive and we enjoyed all the meals! They also did a souvlaki bbq on the Sunday evening which was incredible! Location is fantastic with a beautiful view of the Canal d’amour which we walked down to and swam in daily! Pool was huge…also beautiful and spotless, Will 100% return! Thank you for a lovely holiday!

Fantastic hotel. Amazing staff. Great food & Drink. Ignore other peoples ridiculous ‘bad’ reviews. Myself and my partner have just returned home after a week at Akron Seascapes after being unsure what to expect because of others reviews. *You tend to find yourself getting put off by others experiences in the run up to your holiday* Upon arriving we were greeted and given a tour, offered help with our bags and got settled. Our room was spotless, very modern throughout and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We didn’t opt for a swim-up room but these did look lovely. We were incredibly surprised with how clean everything was after reading a few reviews that highlighted some issues with cleanliness. The pool and bar area was also very clean, loungers well maintained and always plenty to choose from. Drink selection at the all-inclusive bar was great, all branded and the local beer was very nice. Our ONLY gripe was that there was no soft drinks fountain so all pop was bottled. As a result, you occasionally got the last of one bottle meaning your drink was a tad flat. The restaurant served an incredible variety of food each day - breakfast was also fantastic. We read a few people have issue with the selection which I find quite surprising as we found there was very much something for everyone. We aren’t ‘picky eaters’ but we were partied with some and even they said the picky eater selection was up to their expectation. The staff at the restaurant were very attentive, walked us through what was on offer each night and even suggested their favourites which we really enjoyed each time. Lots of traditional food as well as other themed staples such as pizzas, pastas, chips and much more. The location of the hotel was great. Very close to a few bars and restaurants if you want to venture out (which we did once or twice for a chance of scenery) - We did however find that the larger town of Sidari was a little ‘boisterous’ for like of a better word… not really our scene but if you enjoy things being a bit more lively, then I’m sure you’ll enjoy what the town has to offer. Overall, we had a fantastic time and have already agreed we will be returning next summer. We loved our time at Akron and we found a lot of the reviews a tad misleading. In our experience we couldn’t pick fault. For a 4* hotel, we found it very enjoyable, comfortable, relaxing and what we expected. If you’re planning a trip here - we highly recommend it! Just take some of the negative feedback with a pinch of salt!

We’ve just come back from a wonderful stay at this gem of a hotel. The setting is beautiful, with a wonderful restaurant on the cliffside which was very popular with couples and friends especially during a sunset 🌅. We loved the fact that the number of rooms are smaller than the average family all-inclusive hotel. The rooms were perfectly sized, with daily housekeeping. The rooms can be kept at an ambient temp or air con is available. Daily pool towels are available at reception, which you trade in the used ones. The hotel site felt very safe and all guests were pleasant and fun. There wasn’t any over -drinking spoiling the atmosphere. The staff are very welcoming and do everything they can to help you enjoy your stay. They’re very knowledgeable about activities to do in the local area, shops, amenities and trips further afield. The hotel has a relaxed feeling so no set entertainment every night except for the obligatory Greek dancing night 😊 which is fun! The staff work very hard but always with a smile and good cheer with hotel guests and visitors. The timings of the bar and restaurant are appropriate, with the food on display being replenished with more items as the mealtime progresses. We didn’t feel that the food was repetitive or using foods from the previous meal. There are plain foods for diners who don’t enjoy food in sauces or for younger diners who prefer familiar dishes. Fruit and salads were very fresh, plentiful and beautifully displayed. A lot were left undressed so you can add your own chosen dressings, sauces, yoghurt or honey. The bar was brilliant with lovely staff helping you choose your drinks. Glasses for tables but poolside cups for safety. The all-inclusive drinks were as you’d expect but you can treat yourself to a branded drink if you like. Soft drinks were branded, lager was local Corfu beer called Zorbas. There are plenty of areas with sun or shaded areas by the bar and pool. The best view was on the decked area overlooking the canal d’amour. A lot of day visitors go to this tiny beach which is fascinating but slightly treacherous to get down to if you have mobility issues. The pool was the best bit! The water was checked regularly and it’s pristine. There’s a baby pool and shallow end of the main pool. There’s a life guard - thankfully not required! Parents with young babies enjoyed the pool. Young children might find it too quiet as there wasn’t a kids club - ours are 11, 14 and 17 and they didn’t need any set activities. If you’re looking for regular entertainment for adults, with relevant activities for toddlers through to teens this might not be the place for you. If your family are comfortable at their own pace or happy to explore the local area then this is the perfect place. The local area is close by but without affecting the serenity at the hotel. As you walk down to reception you can turn left or right to reach shops, bars, restaurants or souvenir shops. Lots of ATM machines, shops take card

My wife and I had a great 4 night stay here, arriving 30th May around 10:30pm when we were quickly checked in by Nick on reception. We were personally taken by Nick to our accommodation and were delighted to find that we had a free upgrade to one of the swim-up rooms. We then had a quick guided tour before managing to get drinks before the bar closed at 11:00pm. We had previously been in contact advising of our late arrival and had a cold food platter provided which was very much appreciated. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the air con worked well. Our room was very convenient for the restaurant where all the staff were most pleasant and there was an excellent choice on offer for breakfast, lunch and our evening meal. Plenty of seating at all times and we always sat with a lovely view of the pool. The pool bar staff were equally friendly and organised with little or no wait for getting served. Plenty of sun beds at all times with no need to place towels to reserve them at the start of the day (a practice that I do not approve of and take part in). All sun beds had comfortable cushions and were of wooden construction some of which were fixed and some moveable despite being heavy. I would have liked to see a few more cocktails on the all inclusive list and it would have been nice to see the reception bar running as it was a lovely area and to sit with a view of the street whilst enjoying a drink would have been a bonus (I understand that this bar is only opened when the weather is poor and is used if the pool bar gets closed because of the conditions). Can’t remember names other than Nick and Anna on reception but all staff were great including maintenance (a air con fluid leak that was quickly fixed), our cleaner, the restaurant and bar staff. We understand that a refurbishment of the hotel might be happening at the end of the season and it will be interesting to see what happens. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We had an amazing stay at this place The views are great, you can take a morning dip in the Canal d‘Amour or the refreshing pool or just sunbath with nice loungy background music What complements this is the food, especially the different dinner themes and full breakfast menu and last but not least the very welcoming staff We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel :)

It’s just the right location for a quiet sun drenched vacation without having to worry about the cost of eating & drinking when taking the all inclusive option. We experienced issues with our room location and lack of hot water/water pressure. It was resolved professionally and with a smile, indeed we changed rooms without fuss. The food and drinks selection is just right and the staff always greet you with a smile. Reception staff nick and Sophie couldn’t have been more helpful. We are half way through our vacation and I can’t imagine our option changing. Thank you

Yet again we thank you all for your help and support with all you do your all working so hard to help us all have our holiday the luxury you provide in your hotel is extremely out of this world again from the welcome at reception. To the restaurant all the pool bar staff House cleaning and yes I have to say Alex the manager your attention to detail is not to be overlooked thank you again from us all in Ireland see you again soon

The staff make this place more amazing than it could possibly be. Nothing was too much hassle and if you have any food allergies this is the place you need to come as they are so accommodating. Obviously the location is perfect and the amenities and rooms were lovely and very clean. We haven’t had such good service ever at a hotel/resort before, this is a must stay!
