"This hotel has a real problem with management. We stayed for three days, and the wrong room type was given on the first day. We booked a twin bed but got a king bed. We had to drag our luggage back and forth. Business was really good on the weekend, but the housekeeping didn't keep up the next day, and we didn't tidy up the room when we returned to the hotel at 4 o'clock. The last terrible thing was that when I got home, I unexpectedly found that the hotel had "secretly" deducted $135.44 from my pre-authorization.
