"We stayed five nights at this inn, strategically located for visiting the beautiful villages of Ancona and Pesaro in the Marche region. We were greeted with a welcome drink and were kindly looked after throughout our stay. The ample parking, spotless rooms and bathrooms, and generous breakfast are further pluses. Highly recommended."

"We gave stayed here many times in the past. Our room was clean and tidy. Breakfast is always enjoyable, with fresh baked goods, meats, cheese, and hot coffee. Staff were friendly and helpful. The cleaning service is amazing and they are very quick to turn around the room every morning."

"Friendly staff, large and well organized family room. We stayed as 3 adults and two dogs. Cleanliness good but could be improved!! Varied breakfast, desserts could be improved. In a seafront position and 10/15 minutes walk from the historic center."

"This hotel should be reclassified… not a 4 star by any means. The staff were inattentive, especially at breakfast ( coffee was the only thing which wasn’t self service and my goodness the hassle to ask for a coffee, get the attention of the waitress etc wasn’t worthwhile. Our room was tired, actually exhausted, paintwork shabby, bed basic, old pictures, poor lighting. We stayed three nights and the wheelie bin below our balcony remained on its side for our whole visit with its contents hanging out. The hotel needs refurbishment, they should be ashamed of the breakfast offered,it surely doesn’t take a lot to have fresh bread rather than warmed up hard rolls and no butter. Weirdly the hotel is obviously a food hotspot in the evening with a bustling restaurant so they can do something good… but not for hotel guests."

"The staff were very welcoming and helpful and spoke excellent English. We very much enjoyed the peacefulness and setting of the traditional building and the location just outside Fano. Our room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and cosy interior. Excellent views over Fano. Easy to find just off the motorway and plenty of parking."

"Average business hotel. No solution that makes you say WOW. details in the room that in my opinion do not deserve 4 stars (inside of the broken wardrobe-garden sofa used as a piece of furniture) Breakfast without particular good pieces, without praise and without infamy. The only negative note: staff at the reception devoid of any initiative: only after a lot of insistence for information on a nearby rent car were they redirected us to a presumable Maggiore office next to Saipem (a company opposite the hotel). Too bad it hasn't existed for 4 years. Modern hotel suitable for short, unpretentious stays that can improve customer relations"

"В конце сентября мы с женой провели замечательные восемь дней в Палаццо Ротати в Фано. Хотя он был описан как бутик-отель, на самом деле это было гораздо больше. У нас была в основном квартира с отдельной столовой, где мы каждый день обслуживали свежие завтраки в момент нашего выбора, а также сиденье, кухня - и балконный терраса, который смотрелся над крышами ренессанса города ... Палаццо расположен в центре Фано, который является небольшим и компактным, но очаровательным городом, кольцами древних стен, с прекрасными пиаццами и музеями и многими хорошими обеденными возможностями. Он также удобно расположен на прибрежной железнодорожной линии, с несколькими интересными местами в простом диапазоне дневной поездки. Наши комнаты в Палаццо были сохранены прекрасно чистыми, а Габриэла, владелец, отвечала на наши потребности. Я понимаю, что она сейчас думает о том, чтобы принимать уроки приготовления пищи для тех, кто остался с ней - что, учитывая вкусный обед, который она приготовила для нас, было бы хорошо смотреть на !"

"The Villa is gorgeous, very charming and the room was a great size, very clean and well decorated. The grounds are lovely as well. Friendly, warm and welcoming staff. Breakfast was very nice with good choice. The pool was quite small and no lift so getting up the stairs with lots of luggage was a bit difficult."
