It was terrible. Dirty, ****ty rooms, pool was gross with hair all over in it and the hottub was way too hott. Breakfast waffles smelled sour and to top it off the fire alarms were going off at 3am and when I go ta check what's going on and the lady will tell me nothing. I'm begging her to lmk what's up and she won't even look at me. Then 1hr later the alarms again. Still no refund or explanation. I will never go here again.

Enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were clean and updated with new carpet that made a huge difference. Beds were comfortable and had a smart TV which my kids liked. Simply Breakfast area and normal breakfast items. Pool area was nice for the kids as it had a slide and splashpad for littler kids and a decent size hot tub. Would stay here again.

The room was perfect! Super clean and cozy! It’s also super close to West Acres and many restaurants! We really enjoyed our stay!

Staff was super friendly and helpful. My family enjoyed our stay. Thank you for keeping us safe and comfortable.

Dirty shower. Dirty hot tub, gum n trash in pool area. Was not busy at the time. Super dirty behind nightstand.

TL;DR: used to stay here always - won’t be going back. Doors to the pool are broken and don’t close - a safety risk since little kids can simply walk in. The state of the doors shows they’ve been broken for a long time with no attempt to repair/replace. We needed a laundry facility and the dryer doesn’t start unless a staff member turns in on from a separate room (possibly a circuit breaker issue?) but regardless the dryer doesn’t put out heat so it’s a waste of money. Clothes comes out wet. Our door didn’t lock properly, the latch wouldn’t come back out the door. We discovered this and notified the front desk but they didn’t immediately fix it. We came back in the afternoon to find that after housekeeping came by, the door wasn’t properly closed and anyone could walk in. The a**osphere isn’t very welcoming. The lobby area is always closed with the lights off and the chairs up in the table. We wanted to eat some takeout and had to take the chairs down and eat in the dark while the hotel staff were laying down, shoes off, on the only little book with a couch in the entrance. Staff are reactive, not proactive. Pool towels always out, breakfast is mostly empty while they sit around. Public restroom by workout facility was filthy and never got cleaned over the course of our stay. Just bad. Find a different hotel.

The staff was very friendly and answered every question or issue that we had. The hotel does need some up grades as it is looking 'old'. We were not aware that the room would not be cleaned every day though.

Place needs major cleaning and major upkeep. Looks run down in a lot of places inside building

Pool was great for the kids!! Breakfast was also a great start to the day!
