"I specifically booked the 'Scenic Balcony Duplex Family Room' and made a clear note in my order about bringing a pet. The room details on the product page nowhere stated that pets were not allowed. The hotel's policy only mentioned that 'loft family rooms' are pet-friendly. Given the highly similar room names, I was only informed upon check-in that my specific room type did not allow pets. Despite leaving a note about bringing a pet, the merchant apparently didn't read it, and there were no prior notifications on the order page. Being told this only upon arrival put me in a very awkward and difficult situation. While the room's facilities themselves were decent, the merchant's information is severely misleading, leading to a terrible booking experience. I'm sharing this to warn other travelers. I kept seeing recommendations for this place on Xiaohongshu, touting it as pet-friendly, but I ended up stuck at the front desk with staff repeatedly telling me not to get the room dirty, 'don't get it dirty, don't get it dirty.'
