2016 Apartments

We stayed in apartment 3 for a couple of nights in Florence with our two teenagers. The pros here were: tons of space, excellent air-conditioning, being in the historic district, assistance from a nearby/related hotel (taxis, reservations, etc.) and a small kitchen (though I wouldn't make big meals here with limited pans and utensils). The cons were lack of decor, mediocre furniture, limited kitchen supplies, uneven water temperature in the shower, and being on the far and very quiet side of the historic district (10-15 minute walk most places). In general, the apartment and building felt like they were in the middle of a slow remodel - the bathrooms were lovely, but the rest of the place felt unfinished/bachelor pad. It definitely worked for our needs, but was nothing special.

We were 7 people so we had a big apartment. Upper floor : Double Bed & small Bathroom with Shower Ground floor: 2x Couch Beds & Bathroom with Shower Basement : 2x big single beds & huge Bathroom with Shower and Bath 2 AC units where also available. We had a great stay and it was very central so we could walk everything. Parking is available for 25 p. day ( which is expensive and I don't understand why we can't use it for free as the parking space belongs to the house) Also do not enter the address into your navigation as you won't find it. Just enter " 2016 apartments" and it will be correct

Molto belli e spaziosi questi appartamenti , sinceramente dalle foto erano belli ma dal vivo rendono molto di piu' . Pulizia al Top e gentilezza del personale ancor di piu' . Complimenti a tutto lo staff principalmente a Teodora la ragazza che puliva e che ci ha indicato dei buoni ristoranti dove cenare

Es un apartamento feo, incomodo y con un fuerte olor a gas y sin aire acondicionado Es para 5 personas pero solo tiene una cama doble pegada al techo y el calor es insoportable En la planta baja tiene 2 sofá camas dobles incomodos y acabados No tiene aire acondicionado solo una unidad que ventila y las persianas de esta no se mueven por esto el aire solo da a un lado. El baño del piso 2 la ducha es una manguera que no tiene de donde colgarse. El almacenamiento es nulo Cuando abres las llaves de agua por los sifones se siente un olor a gas muy fuerte (baños y cocina) Mal equipado Para ese impuesto tan costoso que cobran este lugar es una estafa

Gli appartamenti offrono ampi spazi, molto funzionali e ben divisi, con ingresso, bagno, sala con divano letto, spaziosa cucina abitabile e, al livello superiore la camera da letto preceduta da un largo vano con l'armadio per gli abiti. Letti comodi, cucina attrezzata. Un'ottima ed elegante sistemazione per il soggiorno a Firenze, a poche centinaia di metri da Santa Croce. Molto gentile e accogliente la ragazza dello staff che accoglie gli ospiti.
