Moniters everything waiting so he can take your deposit. The way I see it this hotel owner is a thief. Never will I ever stay at ANY Travlers Inn again."

"The service is not good. There is not even free mineral water. It is too expensive to buy water downstairs. It is really a very bad experience. I will stay in other hotels in the future. It is really not good. However, the Ctrip platform is still good. There was a problem in the middle, and the platform solved the problem quickly and effectively. Thumbs up"

"Very well located with good room. However the room had not been properly serviced - dirty towels still in the bathroom and a couple of other issues. This was eventully sorted by housekeeping. The breakfast was reasonable but little different from any budget hotel. We were well advised by one of the front desk staff on places to eat locally. The public areas were well presented and having the local tourist office on site was a bonus."

"We had to travel in 2 groups at 2 different times, which made it difficult to be able to check in like we wanted. The front desk clerk was very accommodating and helped us out tremendously. My daughter & her family had a problem with their room and it was quickly addressed and they were given another room that was still close to mine. It was a very stressful time for us due to the reason we had to travel to our location but having the cooperation and concern of the staff was extremely helpful."
