"If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. I couldn't get into my booked room for over an hour. Only after calling back did I learn that a room change had taken place – without any prior notification. The new room was absolutely unacceptable: dirty, run-down, the bed unusable, and there were vermin in the room. There was no reception; I had to wait almost an hour before anyone even answered. The staff were neither friendly nor helpful, but rather condescending and rude. Under these circumstances, it was impossible to stay there. I left the hotel immediately and went straight to another one. After a long journey, you want to arrive and relax – this was the complete opposite. An absolute disaster, I strongly advise against staying there. Update: I still haven't received a refund, even though I didn't stay at this "hotel." It's a shame that you're left to deal with all the problems on your own."

"We stayed 18 days in June 2026 in the Furth Stayery. We can't say enough about the new, modern facility. We had a king studio and it was extremely comfortable. Rooms spacious, clean and very quiet. Building was very secure with card entry required for doors, elevator and multiple doors to access rooms. We always felt very safe. Had modern laundry facility and a gathering room on site, as well as a gym and parking garage. Our king studio room had, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle and enough kitchen utensils to get by. Modern furniture included kitchen table with chair, booth, two chairs and ottoman and comfy king bed. The walk in shower had a towel heater and endless hot water! The location was incredible. Steps away from a shopping mall, grocery stores and a multitude of shops and restaurants, so many choices! Also the preforming arts theater was right next door, as well as the U-ban and train station, Furth's historical area all just a short walk away. And the incredible park entrance just across the street, with river, lake, bike and jogging paths and lots of green space to relax or exercise in. The staff were professional, helpful and pleasant. They need to clone those two ladies. They are an asset to the company! Can't say enough about this place. It is a real gem!"
