"Мы (2 должности) провели очень приятное пребывание в этом подлинном семейном отеле во время нашей зимней спортивной недели. Нет ничего слишком глупого и мега-хорошей службы. Особый крик к гостям Сабине, который вышел из огня из ее склона для вас. Каждый день ваша комната была уборщина, завтрак и ужин были хорошие и хорошо заботились, у нас был хороший отпуск вместе. Отель хорошо расположен в 10 метрах ходьбы, где идет лыжный автобус, и что 2 остановки от лыжного лифта, так что вы в лифте в 4 минуты. Парковка может быть легко перед дверью. CinCin также там, достаточно далеко, чтобы не слышать звук 😂 мы там только 1 раз. Отель - ответственный, но это большинство отелей в Австрии. Мы хорошо спали каждую ночь."

We celebrated an anniversary whilst away and they made that special for us. The wellness area is great, it’s modern, well looked after and spacious. "We went on a family vacation to Gerlos and stayed at this hotel. Positives: Our hotel room was comfortable. The beds were nice and we slept well. The swimming pool, although crowded, is great. The outdoor pool was very popular with the kids. Nice to have the sauna after a day of skiing. The playing gym for the kids (with movie nights and kids disco) is a great addition with the lovely Dragi to watch over the kids. The hotel is situated very close / walking distance to the ski rental and main lift. The ski bus to the kids lift stops right in front of the hotel. Lots of families so many kids to play together. Negatives: We didn’t like some of the staff members: our waiter most evenings was not friendly and didn’t smile once. One receptionist was terribly rude while the others were all polite and helpful. We didn’t like the food. It was way too salty for our taste. The kids menu was not healthy so our kids ate cucumbers from The salad bar and a lot of plain pasta."

"The hotel is incredibly well located, in front of the ski lift one of the most beautiful ski areas in the Ziller Valley. Parking is possible in the deep garage (costly) or outside on the parking lot. The rooms are generous and offer a living and a bedroom. The wellness area is beautifully designed and has a pool, a bathroom (not opened now) and a very modern sauna area with a Finnish sauna, a lem sauna (my favorite) and a steam bath and infrared room. The rest area was very modern and pleasant with free tea and apples. Eating has always tasted very well for me. At breakfast there was everything the heart wanted, including a "egg" cooking station where you could prepare a rhetoric, omelet or pancakes. However, there is only one full coffee machine for all guests, There was a regular snake before the coffee machine in the morning. From 14 to 16 a afternoon cake with soups, salads, cheese selection as well as two hot dishes and a 5-gang menu (fish, meat or Ayurveda). Drinks are not included except for breakfast and the drink prices have it in itself. A gin tonic at the bar over €20!!!! I also had a cane pepper mint tea and got a whole tea bag for my cane (excluding sugar and others) and the cups were unfortunately so badly isolated that my tea was unfortunately cold after the drawing time. This should not happen at € 6.20 for a candy tea. Otherwise a great house with beautiful walkways and dreamy location."
