"The inn is about a 10 minute walk from the main part of town which puts it close enough to freely walk wherever you need to go, but far enough to be quiet and calm. The house is gorgeous, the staff are kind, and the food is delicious. They also have a house blend coffee that rocks."

"As my title is, i am hesitant to write this review. I have stayed many many places in my years coming to Gettysburg and we just can't stay anywhere else now. My title is tongue in cheak because i like i can get a room normally and am concerned with too many people realizing this place is a GEM. The staff is always fantastic. The rooms are all i need, clean, comfortable ( never had a lumpy mattress) bathroom was re-done and really nice, TV had OK picture but if that is my biggest complaint that is a good thing. The breakfast is fantastic, not sure what in the world the other reviewer could complain about, I have been to soo many hotels and this is in top 5 % of hotel breakfast (Embassy Suites being #1 most times due to the omelet stations) Location is just amazing and yeah you can maybe hear street noise because yeah you are right there and the view of the streets are great with the ghost tours and such. Anyway, place is awesome, shhh don't tell too many others though."
