Не ждите дружелюбного лица, улыбки или какого-либо обслуживания клиентов от дневного/вечернего персонала стойки регистрации. Они делают ремонт, поэтому в некоторых номерах есть горячая вода, а в некоторых нет. Если вы получаете номер Делюкс, вам гарантирован холодильник и чистая комната, не могу говорить о нелюксе.

Decently clean rooms for cheap rates

Clean, quiet, comfortable. This is a non-smoking hotel, and they actually mean it! Staff is on-site 24/7 and is helpful and responsive. I have stayed here multiple times and continue to be impressed by the cleanliness. There are also multiple restaurants within walking distance.

Was ok, understand that it is the cheapest option in town. Room dated but clean. Mattress past it's prime and only single pillow.

My overall stay for this trip was pretty good. The wifi is really slow. The staff and service are always, always awesome whenever I stay at this Glenview, IL location. The comfort of the bed and pillows could be a lot better. As for restaurants, there are some fairly decent ones close by, within walking distance. The cleanliness could be a bit better like, under the beds, behind the nightstand, in the corners of the room and in the bathroom.

Hotel staff was very friendly and rooms were clean. Only issues were super small like our room door kept sticking and we had to push it open pretty roughly. And the heating and cooling unit didn’t want to say running no matter what we set it on.

Dark, filthy, and suffocating. Staff was rude and uninterested in good customer service.

What a sketch hotel. The rat running across the parking lot as I pulled in should have been my sign to turn around and save my money.

Alexa was great very helpful and very respectful and easy to talk to. She made my check in and stsy very pleasant!

You have to be aware about stifling your catalytic converter from your car. They stole mine. Be aware about that

The rooms are pretty old. The light switches are old too. The bedsheets were old. Very basic amenities. Good things: WiFi is working, good location, No issue with Parking.

No maid service… had to ask to change the sheets and they didn’t do it. I had to get sheets at the desk and put them on myself!! didn’t empty the garbage for three days. No refrigerator in the room. Ice machines were not working snack machines were not working. If I could give a negative review, I would.
