The staff here are personal and professional and the service was fantastic. The rooms are well equipped and the facilities are great. The food was tasty and there was a wide variety to choose from. I would like to bring my family back for a holiday.

I had a great stay. The room was very comfortable room and I slept well. The food was good and there was plenty of it. The staff we very friendly and accommodating. The location was also fantastic. I loved stepping out onto the pool area where there's plenty room to sit and enjoy view of the sea, or go for a walk on the beach. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality.

Conferencing and received great hospitality, a lovely clean room. The food was plentiful. The back patio led us to walks along the sea, all the fun and beautiful sunsets. Restful days an nights were had. I would return for a holiday at the sea.

Such a lovely hotel to stay. We came from India to attend a conference. We love the hospitality food and a**osphere around the hotel also. The staff are so polite and humble. Rooms are very good. Best place to come and stay in this hotel. I recommend you all strongly to stay in this hotel

Friendly staff, service was swift and friendly with a smile all the time! Top score for the staff! location at the beach very nice. Many elevators made it easy to go to the room even with a fullbooked hotell. Rooms are clean and nice, house keeping discreet. The only thing lowering my rating was the food. It was ok but not great, if the food been a step up I would give it a higher rating for sure.

Witam, Jestem tutaj aktualnie ze swoją dziewczyną. Nie zgadzam się z negatywnymi opiniami. Do jedzenia każdy dla siebie coś dobrego znajdzie. Wszędzie czysto, dbają o wszystkie detale. Alkohol dobrej jakości, co prawda w plastikach, ale to raczej normalne jeśli chodzi o wakacje all inclusive. Super barmani, miły personel, pomocny. Człowiek czuje się tutaj bezpiecznie. Piękny hotel o dobrym standardzie. Jesli ktoś jest "ą/ę" zawsze się do czegoś doczepi i całe życie będzie nieszczęśliwy, normalnym osoba szukającym odpoczynku i wygody na wysokim poziomie polecam :)

Zacznę od pozytywnych rzeczy: położenie przy plaży, ładne wykończenie wnętrza ( choć w całym hotelu nie ma ani jednego obrazu na ścianie) jedzenie dobre - dużo choć monotonne. Negatywy: bardzo głośna muzyka (nagłośnienie koncertowe) atakuje cię każdego dnia tylko albańską muzyką, aż uszy bolą, czasami do północy. Czasami kakofonia z trzech różnych źródeł basen, bar na plaży, sąsiedni hotel zmuszała nas do ucieczki z hotelu wynajętym samochodem. Prawdziwy koszmar. Klienci all inclusive traktowani są jak trzeci sort. Hotel oprócz dla dzieci ( 2 x w tygodniu) nie prowadził żadnych animacji dla turystów all inclusive. Wręcz odwrotnie, kiedy organizował jakiś występ najczęściej wokalny, wypraszał nas do dalszych stolików, ponieważ pierwszeństwo mieli goście którzy płacili za drinki. Jedyny bar dla all inclusive był malutki przy tylnym wyjściu na basen gdzie praktycznie nie było nic oprócz koszmarnych nie do przełknięcia albańskich podróbek 3 alkoholi - whiski to ichni bimber, gin mętna ciecz przypominający smakiem prawdziwy, i wódka którą z Spritem dało się wypić. Najciekawsze jest to że alkohole były serwowane z butelek np. Chivas lub Gordon's, Smirnow - tak więc nie wiesz nawet co serwują. Jedynym dobrym trunkiem było czerwone wino z kranika którą musisz sobie nalać do plastikowego kubka do kolacji- koszmar. restauracja oprócz szkła nie dysponuje małymi łyżeczkami - chcesz jogurt jedz widelcem i tylko w jadłodajni. nie wolno wychodzić na zewnątrz z konsumpcją. Basen średniej wielkości nie dysponuje prysznicem zewnętrznym- tak więc kąpiel w wypocinach jest nie akceptowalna. Ogólnie hotel jest duży (choć nasz pokój miał 16 m kw i trzy tapczany) to ilość gości nie mieści się na basenie a ogrodzona hotelowa plaża przypomina puszkę gęsto upchanych sardynek. Walka na ręczniki o leżaki trwa od wczesnych godzin rannych. Resumując nie polecam, chyba że ktoś lubi zgiełk, hałas, ciasnotę. Nigdy tam nie wrócimy.

Direkt am Sandstrand gelegen mit hoteleigenem Zugang; aber erwarten Sie keine einsamen Buchten - es sieht eher aus wie in Rimini oder an der Costa Brava: durchorganisierter Tourismus mit Liegen, Sonnenschirmen und Strandbar. Der Standard ist allerdings hoch und muss sich hinter vergleichbaren Destinationen rund ums Mittelmehr keinesfalls verstecken. Geräumige, gut ausgestattete, bequeme Zimmer; sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücks- und Abend-Büffet, an dem ich auch als Vegetarier fündig wurde; besonders erwähnenswert: unfassbar köstliche Desserts! Wenn's im Service mal mit dem Englischen noch nicht so klappt, machen das Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft wieder wett. Nicht ganz so schön: die abendliche Musikkulisse aus den Strandbars, aber man kann wohl nicht alles gleichzeitig haben, Ruhe und Entertainment. Insgesamt für das, was es ist - ein Strandhotel - empfehlenswert. Auch ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um die kulturelle und landschaftliche Schönheit Albaniens zu erkunden, nichts ist ja wirklich weit weg in diesem kleinen Land.

Hotelzimmer (wir hatten Nr. 105) entspricht höchstens 2-Stern, inkl. Einrichtung, Sauberkeit! Dusche/WC ist eine Beleidigung für den Gast (zu klein, viele Elemente defekt oder fehlend)! Wir wollten ein anderes Zimmer - am zweiten Tag sagte uns die stellvertretende Managerin (gem. ihrer Aussage mit zwei Fakultätsabschlüsse - als würde es jemanden interessieren), dass sie sich darum bemühen würde - nie wieder etwas von ihr gehört! Wir waren da wegen Badeferien am Strand und das konnten wir geniessen. Alles andere entspricht nicht 5 Sterne und ist dementsprechend viel zu teuer! Zum Glück nicht AI gebucht. Frühstück während 8 Tagen immer gleich. Restaurant 2 Mal gegessen - das erste Mal Pizza (war gut) und das zweite Mal falsches Essen erhalten und der Kellner wollte uns die Schuld in die Schuhe schieben - Pasta nicht ausreichend gelocht und viel zu wenig auf dem Teller! Wir werden dieses Hotel nie wieder buchen und können leider nur davon abraten - auf keinen Fall länger wie zwei Tage und nur wenn der Preis deutlich unter EUR 60.-/Nacht ist. Nur als Notlösung!
